Everything about this service appointment was perfect, from scheduling to diagnostics to the actual service appointment, everyone with whom I had contact was extremely helpful and professional. I needed a part which wasn't available on my first visit. The service team apologized for the required 2nd appointment. They offered to come to my home, pick up the car and return it after the part was installed, just so I wouldn't be inconvenienced! Being recently retired, I declined the offer for 2 reasons. First, I love driving my new Mazda, and second, I was able to enjoy the very personable staff along with the fresh doughnuts and other assorted treats in the waiting area! Kudos to whomever hired this fine staff!

Great experience purchasing my new vehicle on October 30, 2024. No pressure from Aaron to purchase the first vehicle I drove earlier in the month. Two weeks later after much research I found a vehicle that was no longer available but instead I got a vehicle that was in the showroom and is the vehicle I was searching for and more. It was nice that Aaron didn’t try to talk me down to a lesser vehicle but really listened to what I wanted. Great purchase experience from getting financing to the final step of signing paperwork. Thanks to everyone involved. I will not hesitate to recommend Baglier Mazda and especially Aaron to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda.

Had my Mazda C-X5 inspected on the first week of October 2025 at Mazda Greensburg. what I like it most is the video that was sent to me while the inspection was on going, was very neat. I was happy about it and satisfied. I will be there again soon for oil change.

Jay Obertance was absolutely amazing to work with. I just graduated college, so I was super nervous to buy my first car on my own. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted when the other dealerships told me they didn't have anything available. He made sure to get me to a payment I was comfortable with, and the entire process was painless. He was kind, patient, and hilarious. It was the least stressful experience ever, and I could not have had a better salesman!

I had a 2003 Mazda MPV in 3 times for service. The van isn't bad, 2 visits were warranty work and one was body shop. Each time I picked up the car, on THEIR schedule!, it either had parts missing or wasn't put back together. First time: Side door weatherstripping wasn't put back in and the door was closed, but the door open light was on and the window wouldn't go down. Also, they denied warranty work on the rear A/C control module because it had been "abused" by liquid spilled on it. Guess where two of the rear cupholders are? Yes, right on top of the module. I took the rear console apart and reconnected the wiring harness. Problem FIXED! Second time: I asked to purchase a new cabin air filter and told them that I would install it since they wanted to charge 1/2 hour + part. It only takes 5 minutes to change, and most of that time is unwrapping the filter and emptying the glovebox. They charged me to install it, and I had to go through two managers to get the charge removed. Third Time: Had body shop work done. Let's just say that they didn't do everything that they said, and didn't even replace all of the bulbs that belong in the front end of the car.
