After being cheated out of thousands of dollars by Vision Hyundai of Webster, I was given a 5-year contract for free oil changes as a (VERY SMALL) token apology. . .which the general manager, Rob Cammilleri, pronptly refused to honor. So, it was with great trepidation that I visited Vision Nissan, hoping that they would honor it. And they did!
Comparing the two Vision dealerships is like comparing night with day. Nick, Santos, and a very pleasant young lady assistant made sure my visit to the Nissan store was pleasant and that the oil change was accomplished in good time. When it was determined that my car needed some serious repair work, that, too, was done efficiently, expertly, and immediately. I was so pleased -- and not a little amazed at how the two dealerships were polar opposites even though they operate under the same corporate umbrella.
Today I went to Vision Nissan again, this time with a problem with my electronic key fob. This was nothing but a nuisance -- but I was treated as though it was of great importance. Santos advised the mechanic, Alvin, to repair the key while I waited, even though I had no appointment -- and it was done free of charge!
I can't say enough great things about Vision Nissan of Webster. My only regret is that I didn't know about their fantastic staff and their on-site stock of dependable new and used cars until AFTER I had been mistreated and financially exploited at the Hyundai dealership next door.
Thank you, Nick, Alvin, that nice young lady whose name I didn't get, and Santos! You are the reasons I will not hesitate to recommend Vision Nissan of Webster to friends, family, and everyone reading this review.
