His help was invaluable for without it it would’ve been harder for me. Go somewhere else. After at least 17yrs of loyalty, they don't even call you back when you're lease is up and you're willing to get a new lease with them. It was over a week and the last reply was "oh, yeah. Someone is working on that ." We went to West Herr New York and they called back within 20min! After going to West Herr we found out Ford avon doesn't even know the ins and outs of the Ford app! Ps. I selected f-150 because ranger wasn't an option. Besides, that's what we got at West Herr

I purchased a new Ford from them and went back every year for an inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. The year before I had new brakes and struts put on that they did. Two weeks earlier for the inspection I put four new tires on. They took my car in and two hours later they said I needed new struts and brakes that were a year old and saying B.S. like the rear wheels are frozen up and the car won't move. (I drove an hour to this dealership). Then a car salesman comes up to me an offers a trade in deal for 500 hundred dollars and wants me to look at a new car. My 4 year old vehicle with 24 thousand miles on it. I just left and went to another dealership in Rochester NY. It passed with flying colours. Avoid this place like the plague is my recommendation.

The mechanics at Specchio Ford are first rate. When ever I need service I am well taken care of in a professional manner. The Service Dept. takes excellent care of my vehicles. Easy to make an appointment and my cars are ready within a reasonable length of time. They are also ready to help me if I have difficulty out on the road. I had a tire problem recently at the grocery store, and the service department was on the scene to help quickly. We got the car back to the shop repaired on back on the road all within an hour and a half. Outstanding service.

Worst dealership I ever dealt with talk to the salesman by the name of Gary put a deposit on an ecosport on Saturday they were supposed to have it for me by the middle of the week I called them up Monday they said no problem Tuesday morning they called up they sold it to somebody else that was after I did it credit application with Ford and was approved hope nobody else ever buys anything off them again and don't have to deal with the nonsense I did I did buy a brand new one off another dealership
