Louie was phenomenal to work with in buying my new 2024 RAM 2500. I have never had a more pleasant no non-sense experience at any dealership anywhere and I have been to tons of them. This last time I visited more than 15 dealerships and called at least 25. I inquired at more than 40 online and when I finally called Wally’s and Louie answered he proved dealerships still do an honest business and want to sell vehicles. I made my 1 and only offer on the truck based on what I could spend. Louie presented the offer to management and they accepted it. I got an incredible deal and treated with nothing but respect throughout the entire process. Louie even went out of his way to make sure my every request was handled. Made the 6 hour drive from my home there 100% worth it. Even their service guys went out of their way to help me out as I had to tow my other vehicle home on an auto transport behind my new truck and I needed to have my ball flipped over so I could lower it to get a better tow for the 6 hour trip back home. I will be pleased to take my business to Wally’s CDJR when I need my next truck. They were fantastic.

I bought my very first new car from Greg LeClair at FX Caprara on Outer Washington Street (Watertown) back in 1993. While staying in Swan Bay this summer, my wife and I were dissatisfied with our new Toyota Tundra. I know that many of my family members who lived in the North Country still spoke highly of the Caprara Family and their dealerships. We worked with George Kuhn who we found to be friendly, honest, and a good listener. We tried a new Ram 2500 Tradesman. There was no pressure to buy and George occasionally checked in with us to see how our search was going. My wife and I looked in the Rochester area and were disappointed with both the prices, inventory, and lack of dealers wanting to work with customers. After visiting several dealerships we call George and were able to make a great deal on our new Ram 2500! Amazing truck! We had a few visits with Taylor Caprara and found him to be a customer first personable gentleman. He upholds very high standards much like his Dad Charlie Caprara and his Uncle Billy Caprara. They gave us a fair amount on your trade with no hassle of going back and fourth. Buying a car from Longley is the way it should be. We will definitely buy from them again. I was also very pleased with the price he was able to offer me for my trade-in and for the discounts I was able to negotiate on my new Jeep.

2010 power wagon, cost 50000. 36000 miles axle joints, covered. 40000 miles steering box out of warranty not covered. 1000 dollar repair. 55000 miles power steering pump failure, not covered by power train warranty. 900 dollar repair, I'll do it for 550. Dealer part not working correctly. Notified dealer, told to wait a week it's air in the system. Finally get an appointment, dealer agrees to replace pump. Defective. After changing pump dealer notices plastic bits in steering box. These are bits from defective pump. Dealer says he isn't responsible since I changed pump myself and won't pay for box, but will pay for pump that caused problem. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. I like the dodge product but this dealer will not get my business ever again. Business link means nothing either.

This is the first time I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. Tom Hesseltine was the salesman. He was always pleasant and helpful. He answered any questions I had. He introduced me to the staff and I felt very comfortable with them. Very pleasant atmosphere.
