Recently I was caught in a fierce rain storm on a long road trip and the settings on my 2022 Prius weren't functioning properly. I went to the closest Toyota dealer for help--Toyota of Clifton Park in Mechanicville. Paul Burrello came to my rescue, ducking out in the rain, and resetting the traction control and several other settings. I didn't buy my car at this dealership and I'm not in the market for a new car right now but when I am I will head directly to Paul Burrello. He was genuinely nice and he really helped me out.

My 2018 RAV4 was out of warranty and my seat belt buckle broke. I was upset because it was the driver’s seat belt making the car unsafe to drive. I filed a a grievance with Toyota who return denied my claim, saying my vehicle was out of warranty. I finally reached out to Haddads management and got a hold of LESLIE. She listen to my issues and agreed the vehicle was unsafe. She arranged to have my seatbelt replaced and I am SAFELY driving again. THANK YOU LESLIE. You stayed with me until it was fixed and MADE sure I was safe. THANKS AGAIN LESLIE.
