His professionalism and no pressure approach were welcome and refreshing changes from what I experienced in the past, what I expected this time, and what I received at some other dealers. I was updated on all facets of the car buying process on a timely basis. Victor was willing and able to locate the model, color and options I wanted on my CX5 at another dealer.
