On March 15th, 2025, I visited the Kia Dealership in Huntington to explore options for trading in my 2019 Kia Optima. I was initially skeptical due to past negative experiences at other dealerships, but Kia Huntington quickly erased all my concerns. I was first assisted by Ana, who was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to address all my needs and concerns, making the process feel easy and comfortable. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to lease a 2024 Kia K4. George handled the financial portion and did an outstanding job helping me stay within my budget. He went above and beyond to offer additional services and support for the duration of my 3-year car loan. I'm truly grateful I chose Kia Huntington. Both Ana and George provided exceptional service, and I must also commend the rest of the staff for their professionalism and support. Highly Disappointed with the sales department. Tico told me that the car I purchased was eligible for a EV tax credit, but he lied. Cars that are leased and are not assembled in the US are not eligible. My car was delivered with a huge chip, covered in paint. No one will take responsibility to repair this. Even the sales manager does not follow through after the sale. It’s too bad the owner is not aware of these issues. Karp ‘s best employee is Donna who helped me with paperwork I needed. She gets 10 stars.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not go to KIA in Jersey City. Everyone from my salesman to the sales manager LIED. They promised to take care of my final payment on the SUV I was turning in. I leased a new SUV from them so I am THEIR customer. The second I drove away, they couldn't care less. I checked every day for 4 weeks and KIA Finance was paid by the dealership for the SUV I turned in MINUS my last payment. They hide behind their phones and play games...complete liars and clowns. DO NOT GO TO JERSEY CITY KIA!

We weren’t 100% set on buying when we first walked into the dealership, but our experience with the team—especially Mus—made all the difference. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to meet us halfway on everything. The Kia Telluride was a bit over our budget, so Mus introduced us to the Kia Sorento—its “little brother”—and we absolutely loved it! It took a few days to get the car due to safety checks, but Mus was incredibly patient with all our questions and requests throughout. He remained kind, respectful, and professional, and honestly, he played a big role in why we ended up purchasing. Manager Mike was also very warm and welcoming—he has this calming, grandfatherly vibe that makes you instantly trust him. Jason, their Finance Manager, was just as impressive. He was very patient and took the time to clearly explain all of our leasing and financing options without any pressure. Overall, we had a great experience with the team and are very happy with our new car!

After my first car broke down for the 50th time, I was desperate to get myself something new. I always thought kias were cute cars so i visited this dealership to see my options. I’m 22 years old with a receptionist job and didnt expect to have enough money to get something right away. Kelly and Yasser were the two people who worked closely with me to discuss what I’m looking for and what my options are especially having no credit. Within a week I get my dream car at a affordable price! Not only that but they are even helping me build my credit! Getting all the paperwork done takes some time but with the friendly staff I didn’t mind hanging out. Everyone had an amazing energy, funny and sweet yet always professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience leasing my first car and am forever grateful for Kelly and Yasser for making it happen at a price that’s personally affordable for me.

I hated this place. So happy I got rid of my Kia after a horrible experience with there staff while coming in for grinding engine. I have purchased a Lexus and now see the difference in treatment from a better dealer. I tell my friends and family never buy Kia.

The worse experience. Came to return Kia lease and manager din’t take it. Lease is over and I can’t return it? The worst part is that the manager didn’t even get up to talk to me. He was skewed down behind the counter and talk to me like I’m a homeless person. I asked him for his name and he said that he doesn’t have to give it to me. So….I am at the Kia dealership, trying to return Kia lease and not only that he said ‘I am not taking it’ he also didn’t want to give me his name. What a professional WOW. And when I told him that as a Kia representative he has to at least tell me his name so I know with whom I spoke, he said ‘I don’t have to give you S..T’ Very professional! So, they beg you to get a Kia Lease but when the lease is over they don’t want to take it back! KIA CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!! . I did sent a complaint to a Kia corporate and I will make sure I stay on top of it. I also did googe search of that ‘professional’ manager and his name is Nelson Jimenez. Note to the Kia of Englewood owner, please make sure your employee do greet the customers and treat them with respect and not like we are a lowlifes if we decide to return the lease which btw was bought at your dealership! Why would I or anyone ever want to do business with your dealership and Kia itself, if your manager and Kia representative treats me like this? I did took a photo of your manager so I can identify him, even though he did try to hide himself….lucky for me he was too lazy to even get up.

Run, don’t walk- in the opposite direction. Spent a couple days contacting every dealer in the tristate looking for my new vehicle. This John Starks dealer had the one I was looking for and wanted to make the deal. I told him some offers I had heard at the local places by me and the sales guy Colin had to speak to his manager. He texted me that he got the deal done. To make the price where I was comfortable, the interest needed to be 6%. I put a deposit down and filled out the credit application. They ran my credit, confirmed it was excellent then ghosted me for a day. After reaching back out to them they told me the lowest rate is 8%. This significantly increases the monthly payment. The sales guy Colin and his GM knew this at the time but said what they could to keep me happy and keep me from going to another dealer. The GM just called me to say there was no way 6% was ever going to happen. They hit my credit for no reason at all. It takes 2 years to fall off your report. This dealer is the exact reason why all car salesmen have the reputation they do. I’m sure the manager or someone will reply to this review and make up some story about how I am at fault, but I urge you to look elsewhere.
