The service from this dealership is horrendous and I strongly suggest that you never visit the service portion of this location ever again. I brought my car in 8am on Friday morning. John Stinson who took my information did verify my number but then never called or texted the entire day. I manage a busy laboratory and didn't realize that they never called until I walked out of work at 4:30pm. I called them and without any apology whatsoever they informed me that they could no longer send a shuttle because "I only have one guy here and he can't leave", even though I said, "I am completely stranded at work. Do you see how this is terrible customer service?" The manager (Nate) said, "Yes. I can send the shuttle tomorrow to get you." Again, I said, "I am stranded at work." Nate said, "There is nothing I can do." After finding a ride, they were incredibly rude when I arrived and there were no less than 4 people there, including the so-called manager, Nate! They insisted I was called. I proved to them by showing them my phone that I had no missed calls or texts. They refused to do anything to regain my trust in their claim to provide quality to their customers. A sincere apology, a discount on the service I still had to pay for, anything to make up for their complete lack of decency or understanding would have been at least something. Think twice about bringing your car for service here.
