My experience with Victor at Wantagh Mazda was hassle free. His professionalism and no pressure approach were welcome and refreshing changes from what I experienced in the past, what I expected this time, and what I received at some other dealers. I was updated on all facets of the car buying process on a timely basis. Victor was willing and able to locate the model, color and options I wanted on my CX5 at another dealer. He graciously picked it up for me at no cost. I am recommending Victor at Wantagh Mazda to my relatives, friends, and neighbors.

I had a great experience with this dealership. They were super accomodating. Called about a vehicle I saw online and was assisted by Jessica. She kept an open line of communication with me and promptly answered any question I had and met all of my needs during the process. The finance manager, Gabe, was just as helpful. Even needed some paperwork after I received the vehicle and he sent me everything I needed within a day. I am very grateful for my experience with buying my vehicle through this dealership. Due to a conflicting work schedule they even delivered the car right to my door. Would highly recommend!

I bought a new 2025 cx mazda from Elena. She is a wonderful person to deal with as well as everyone else. I initially had no intention of buying a Mazda, but I figured why not look. I was surprised at how much value for the money one gets. i hate black, but wound up getting black interior. It isn't just flat black but had character to it and my wife and daughters liked it. The family decided I needed to slow down on the road so I didn't go for a test drive, I just didn't get the turbo version. It's a 4 cyl. and has enough pep but is far from a rocket ship. The people at Ramey Mazda are a delight to deal with and know their car and the competition's as well. Chris ( IT person )explained everything to me. I went back a week later to ask more questions primarily because I am too lazy to read the manual and he was very patient with me.. Donovan Lau ( the check out guy who collects the money) is a professional in every sense of the word. All I can say is that buying any car from Anybody has never been as pleasurable an experience as it was from Ramsey Mazda because of these three individuals, Elena in sales, Chis in IT, and of course Donovan the money man. Also, I forgot that I traded in my car a 2020 Audi S6. It was so easy and painless that I even forgot I did so. The people and this dealership have been wonderful so far. My wife sat in the car last night to go for dinner and had a positive comment to make, but on the way home she sat in the back and my daughter sat up front. My wonderful wife of 46 years, exclaimed with great surprise that her knees didn't even touch the seat in front of her. That was music to my ears. I have been very pleased so far with my purchase and the folks that I met at the dealership.

I don’t feel that I was treated fairly and honestly. I made an appointment. 1.5 hours waiting and waiting for them to diagnose a ‘brake malfunction’ issue which I think automatically came up at around 30,000 miles. The light kept coming on and beeping at me so I decided to check it out. (My mechanic had told me there was no issue with the brakes.) No reason to take that long for a diagnostic testing. This dealership recommended a brake flush claiming this was a necessary item to get done immediately. When I declined because of the time constraint (was in middle of a work day), 20 minutes later before they released the car they said oh the diagnostic guy wants to get paid for his time like $185 but if you do the brake flush then you’ll only pay for that (like $250!) and we will waive the diagnostic fee. So what am I supposed to do then- they are holding my car hostage and if I come back or go to a different mechanic and there is indeed a brake fluid issue then who knows what I’ll end up paying. So they did the work (ANOTHER half hour) which is $60 of fluid and what they claim is $189 for labor which is baloney because they work on other cars while working on mine just to charge the fee. What a waste of my time 2+ hours. They tried selling me other expensive services which I declined. I will never come back here and also will never lease a Mazda again. Too many complaints over 2 years I’ve had this vehicle.

Had been to Empire Mazda over the past few years (only ever for Service) with 2 of my cars. Recently had been there regarding an issue another dealership caused with my brakes on my 2023 CX-30 Turbo. Lucas the Service Manager and Jonathan one of the advisors were super professional and helpful getting my ride back in order. Lucas and Jonathan both treated me with respect, took the time to listen to my personal opinion of what had happened to my car after another dealership did work on the car and refused to fix it. I appreciate the care and professionalism from both Jonathan and Lucas!

Avoid Riley Mazda at all costs. Their service department is completely unorganized, leaderless, and incompetent. Jeremy and his Service manager, Chris, are liars who have zero sense of customer service. I dropped off the car for a simple software update at 7:30 AM, and now, 6 hours later, they haven't even looked at the car.  If I had been told it would be an all-day affair, I would have asked for a loaner.  Now I am stranded, and Jeremy and Chris couldn't care less.  I obviously will never work with these clowns again.
