The Rallye team created a seamless and efficient experience. They had ample inventory on hand and with Chris input on features, I was able to find the perfect convertible. I felt like it was an efficient sales process and the team was focused on excellent customer service at every step. I appreciated having immediate plates (saves me a trip to the DMV), coordination with insurance, and once I signed the documents, I had an amazing tutorial to learn how to operate the technology in my car. My 2021 M440i had a chipped exhaust valve. BMW recommends replacing the engine in such cases as the piece of chipped value could further damage the engine. The price that I was quoted for a new engine was $36,000. When I said that I can not afford that much, the team at BMW began to look for other options. They decided to tear the engine apart at reduced labor rates to see if my current engine could be salvaged. In the end they replaced the chipped value and performed a thorough inspection to determine the chip was no longer inside the engine. In the end they were able to repair my car to it like new condition for $6,500. $6,500 is a lot but it is much less than $36,000. I will always return to Park Avenue BMW for my auto needs, be it service or sales.

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a team member who walks you inside and connects you with a representative—immediately setting a high standard for customer care. The entire facility is spotless, and the level of professionalism carries through every step. I especially appreciated receiving a personalized video update showing my own vehicle and detailing the work being done—an excellent touch that really builds confidence and transparency. The service advisor was outstanding: thorough, clear, and respectful. He took the time to answer all my questions, clearly outlined my options, and never pressured me into services I didn’t need. He even went out of his way to return a call on his day off—something you rarely see these days. I was given a ride home after dropping off my car, and they arranged a pickup the next day. My car was ready on time, freshly washed, and the experience from start to finish felt smooth and thoughtful. Even the waiting room is impressive, with a large window where you can view the entire service floor. And the follow-up? A real human being called the next day just to make sure everything had gone well. That kind of attention to detail says everything. I can’t recommend BMW of Bloomfield highly enough. They’ve truly raised the bar.

I had an offer from another BMW that was closer to where I live but I chose to return to Ray Catena White Plains because of my last experience

We were unfortunate to have a flat tire at midnight 5/28/25 nearby, while on our way back to Albany NY. The “run-flat” had a gash in the sidewall, presumably from sharp debris. BMW roadside assistance provided prompt towing to Wide World BMW, and an UBER ride 125 miles to our home. The next morning when we called, they had already checked the car in. I asked them to replace the tire. They called back in an hour and said that there also was a “bubble” in the right front sidewall, and that they should probably check the alignment. I was impressed at their thoroughness, and told them to fix what was needed. We drove my wife’s BMW back and picked up my car at 2:00 pm, paying for two new tires. They were courteous, helpful and professional at all times, and the charges were reasonable. I can’t recommend Wild World, or BMW Roadside Assistance highly enough.

He was not pushy and respected my time. Super easy to work with. I had an A+ experience with both him and Richard Isaac. Thanks for the sick ride guys! Highly recommend.
