Having access to an employer-owned vehicle for many years had thankfully eliminated the need for me to purchase my own. After so many years since purchasing a vehicle I was not looking forward to the process. I was prepared for the hard sell which never materialized. I found all of the professionals at Genesis of Freehold to be attentive to my requirements and they worked to get me the vehicle I wanted (GV80) with all of the features I wanted and at a fair price. It was truly an efficient and overall pleasant process. The maintenance program was an additional benefit that I wasn't anticipating. I'm expecting to be a loyal customer for a long time to come.

My salesmen johnny Daniels was excellent. He was very patient with explaining the many features the car has. He knew my G90 better than I could have imagined.

Things have not improved here. Trying to schedule a recall service and after two calls and one chat I only get sales solicitations and so far no service appointment. I wish I had any other Genesis service in the vicinity. Due to the bad communication I am doing the routine service elsewhere, but for a recall my options are limited. Not buying a new Genesis as long as I live close to this service location!
