The service, the people and the waiting area at Ray Catena Porsche are tops. My service agent, Mike Indyk, is knowledgeable and trustworthy. It's more like dealing with a friend. I very much like their new service facility. I have never seen anything like it. Lots of well separated comfortable seating areas, great coffee and surrounded by loads of absolutely beautiful Porsches. I particularly loved their 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder Reproduction. Almost no need to go to Stuttgart. And, the service was performed much more quickly than I expected.

I purchased my new car at Paul Miller Porsche, and the process was smooth until the last step with the finance/account manager, Ashish. He was extremely rude and disrespectful, and tried to sell me a lot of stuff I didn't need. After I respectfully declined all the add-ons, he became upset and started making the transaction more difficult. In the end, I had to ask my sales rep to drive me to the nearest bank to process my check again before Ashish would finalize the deal. Not a pleasant experience.
