I had several Subaru dealers to choose from, including some that participated in a TicketsatWork Employee Auto Buying (EAB) program that was available to me through my employer. I compared prices and fees and found those charged by Wayne Subaru to be competitive and fair, despite the fact that Wayne Subaru was not an EAB program participant. I took my time deciding which model to purchase, and Ken and Mike were very patient with me. The final purchase process was simple, and all went well on the day I purchased my new Subaru Forester Hybrid. I was pleased to meet owner Bob Lesko, who remembered me by name and treated me kindly. I enjoyed working with Ken and Mike, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family members and friends. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, and my choice of the Wayne Subaru dealership. They felt like family to me!

Full Disclosure - I didn't buy a Subaru this time and decided to buy a car from another brand but if I ever decide to buy a Subaru, it would be from Jon. He is honest, very helpful and does his due diligence in caring for the customer. If anyone is in the market for a Subaru then I would strongly recommend them to reach out to Jon.

I took my 2017 Forester in for some unplanned service on 1-12-2026. Sally in Customer service was very helpful and made an appointment that day. They gave me a loner car so they could have my Forester as long as they needed to find a solution to my problem. My advisor was AnneMary in service. She too was very helpful and suggested some additional service needs, which I gave them approval to be done. They had the car a total 3 days.
