I went to Milea dealership in the Bronx to see what I wanted or could get. Hannah Rosario was my sale person. She was amazing. Every question I had she answered. I went in looking for the Subaru forester. She gave me all the numbers i was looking for. I never felt any pressure to purchase. She was honest with me about everything. Everyone at this dealership is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable and personable. Hannah went above and beyond for me. I recommend this Subaru Milea dealership to everyone. Liberty Subaru is ;by far the best Subaru dealership in my experience after using other Subaru dealerships in the past.. Anthony, my sales person was excellent every way. He ran quotes on the model that I was interested in leasing, which was to be my third ascent. He answered every question. After leaving the dealership we communicated via text messages. I decided to lease a different model and he easily modified the paperwork to reflect my new choice. When I was ready to pick up.my new leased ascent and return my old leased ascent, everything was ready with a minimum of waiting time. By far the most prepared and organized new car experience ever. Also kudos to the young man who went through the features of the new ascent. He was [friendly , patient, and very knowledgeable. He also helped synch my phone to the new leased car.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Curry Subaru. Every person I encountered in the dealership was extremely nice, and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. That speaks volumes as GOOD customer service nowadays can sometimes feel like a thing of the past. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman, and he was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. All in all, it was an easy, no-pressure, but very thorough experience, and so far I'm lovin' my new car. Thanks Marc.

Good service but they always want to sell you on other things for your car. Charging $25.00 to replace a bulb for my license plate was outrageous. I went to Auto Zone and brought apack of 2 bulbs for $8.00. Shame on you Subaru, you always do this.

I bought my certified pre-owned Crosstrek at Englewood Suburu. The whole experience was excellent. I had been to at least 6 other dealerships and this was by far the most professional experience I had. Rackeam was my salesman and he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy. He was willing to work with me to do a deal. I received my plates and registration in one week. All in all this was a very pleasant experience.
