Purchased an EV there 3 weeks ago and we had a great experience with the salesman, Alex. We had an issue with the radio, audio system and they took care of it promptly, ordering part and communicating with us throughout the process. Everyone very pleasant, helpful and understanding.

My husband purchased a certified pre-owned F-150 from G Stone about 4 and a half years ago. At the time, we selected a Ford extended warranty and paid well over $2,000 for it. We had NO issues with G Stone until this spring, when we needed to use the warranty. The truck now has 55,000 miles on it and a couple of weeks ago a front wheel bearing went bad. I called G Stone and Trudy told me that the repair would be $900, and I was surprised as it said the bearing should be covered under the warranty. Instead driving a truck with a bad bearing over 30 miles and paying $900 we opted to have the truck repaired closer to home for under $300, after calling Ford and getting a verbal OK to get the work done at a non-Ford dealership and having it covered under warranty. Vince from G Stone was helpful in submitting the warranty claim for us - but it was then DENIED by Ford as they said they had no record of the phone conversation I had with them. Shady, shady, shady! Vince at G Stone asked me to give them a chance when the truck needed it's next repair - so we did. Two weeks later the right rear caliper seized up and so my husband called to make an appointment as the truck was undriveable. He was told they could not get him in for service for 3 weeks and that no loner was available. So we canceled this absolutely useless Ford warranty immediately and are having both rear calipers/pads/rotors replaced closer to home out of pocket. We paid a LOT of money for a warranty that we can't use, and there is no guarantee from G Stone that they will be able to take care of you in an emergency. We will receive a small refund for the months of the warranty that we have canceled, but it will not cover the repair costs, so we are quite upset to say the least. Neither Ford Motor Company, nor G Stone is willing to help their customers get what they paid for in a timely manner, and our Ford dealer closer to home will not service the truck as "you didn't buy it from us" to quote them exactly. Needless to say we are going to be trading this truck in next week and will be going with a brand that stands by their customers. This whole situation is very sad as my husband has been a committed Ford truck owner for over 25 years, and my grandfather was the executive chef for Ford Motor Company at their Detroit headquarters. What an awful way to treat people who pay you 50,000+ for a vehicle.

Do not use the service department for anything! I brought my truck to have a simple clock spring replaced. The new spring is working great, but I ended up with a deep scratch on the clear plastic gauge pack cover. I was told by the service manager that they are not responsible for the damage. I was told that they would try buffing it but, if that didn't work I am out of luck. I was also told that the steering wheel is too far from the clear shield for it to be damaged by their tech . The average length screwdriver is 8 inches. More than long enough to do this damage. I will no longer go to Greenwich ford.

Today I called Lebanon Ford about new Ford Edge availability since I was coming from 90 miles away. As promised the vehicle was there and ready for me to test drive. I arrived at 2:30pm and test drove the car while they inspected my potential trade in. The new car was exactly what I wanted and their trade in offer was in line with book plus they offered me incredibly good financing. By 5:30pm all the paperwork and transfers had been done and I was on the road home. I hate to waste time so by God if felt good to deal with professionals.

On 11/1/2024 my 2024 F-150 XLT 3. - Nate G

On 11/1/2024 my 2024 F-150 XLT 3.5L EcoBoost was towed to Ford of Claremont due to it breaking down and Ford of Claremont being the closest dealership within 50 miles. They assessed my truck and found that there was a Technical Service Bulletin for the turbo/intake on the 3.5L EcoBoost. Ethan in the Service Department at Ford of Claremont refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle stating that they did not have inventory. I explained that my truck broke down 3.5 hours from my house and I need a vehicle to get home, conduct my daily functions, including going to and from work, as well as caring for my 2.5 year old child. Ethan in the Service department refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle. I explained that I'm aware that any vehicle on their lot can be put into loaner status and he stated that wasn't true. I also explained that Ford has the ability to provide a rental car through Enterprise car rental if they do not have inventory and he stated he'd never heard that before. This repair was covered under warranty, and I was entitled to a loaner, Ford of Claremont refused to provide one for me. My Ford Customer Advocate called Ford of Claremont on 11/4 and directed them to provide me with a loaner, they refused. I picked up my vehicle on 11/15/2024 and attempted to drive it home on 11/16. I made it 35 miles and it broke down again, with the same issues that I had on 11/1. When I called Ford of Claremont on 11/16, the service department was closed and I spoke to someone in sales. He suggested that I drive the vehicle (that was broken down) to Grappone Ford in Concord, and that was the only help he would offer. Ford of Claremont did not take care of me as a Ford customer, they created substantial hardship and stress for refusing to provide me with a loaner or rental while they worked on my vehicle. I had to pay $300.00 to a friend to drive me back to Maine on 11/3, pick me up on 11/15 to get my vehicle in NH and then pick me up in NH again and bring me to Maine when it broke down on 11/16.

Ted Green Ford, specifically Ray in service, helped us out in a real jam. The clutch on my 2009 Subaru Impreza was failing to engage and stopped very near to Ted Green Ford..... Ray provided kind & professional service quickly. We were travelling and Ted Green Ford welcomed us and our 2 dogs - My dogs were welcomed with some treats and they even provided us with a ride to go and get a rental car. Ray was great at keeping us updated on the progress of the car. The car was fixed very quickly and for a very reasonable price.
