The sales department at Casco Bay Ford makes the experience fun and pressure free. They all get along and banter with not just themselves but their customers as well. We laughed so much that we forgot we were buying a $40,000 car. Rob even bought us coffees and our kids apple juice at the gas station when he filled up the gas tank! Rob was so good with us having our young children there and making sure he worked efficiently so the kids didn’t burn out spending unnecessary amounts of time there.

David made the entire transaction as smooth as silk. He had the paperwork all ready and partly filled in. A quick test drive, a few signatures and a check. That was it. No xx.
