I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Volkswagen of Rochester, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. A special shoutout to Mike and Will Stergis, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They were knowledgeable, transparent, and made sure I was getting the best deal. The entire team worked seamlessly together, making the whole process quick, efficient, and pleasant. The dealership itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere was inviting, which only added to the great experience. As for the pricing – both on the car I purchased and the trade-in value – they were more than fair. I felt like I was treated with respect, and there was no pressure, just a commitment to customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a Volkswagen, I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. The issue was the "Shift-to-Park" and it was extremely inconvenient driving a car that was almost impossible to shut off. That is an issue for the company and not Jack Chevrolet. They treated me good.

Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

When I arrived at service, they went over what I had scheduled. They said it was an oil change and an inspection. I said I didn't mean to schedule an oil change, I just want an inspection, which was free since I bought it from them. At checkout, all of the sudden, I have a $125 bill for a synthetic oil change. Not impressed that they did not listen to what I wanted, and that they still charged me the full amount. Despite the free inspection, unfortunately I don't think I will be scheduling service there anymore. Unfortunately since the sales department exceeded expectations. I'm a firm believer that you judge a dealership based on their service.

Buying a new car and spending thousands of dollars is a stressful experience and I think everyone at your dealership made this an easy process for me. First City Cars and Trucks is the only dealership I’ve visited where I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process and experience of buying a vehicle. After being left in a pinch to look for a vehicle that fit my criteria and budget, I thankfully found multiple listings from their website that checked out. All their vehicles were in pristine condition and were extremely affordable - well under Kelly Bluebooks recommended value! I visited the Rochester location and throughout the whole process felt at ease of how professionally and carefully everything was handled. Huge xxxxxxto the detailer- every vehicle I drove looked brand new inside and out! Rebecca and Todd were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel safe in trusting them in such a big decision. In addition to the car being priced extremely well for its value, they were extremely reasonable when working out a price that fit my budget. I had to stay in the building after hours in order to add my car to my insurance, and they were more than accommodating, letting me stay as long as needed. Plus, I also left with a nice goodie bag! I never once felt rushed, stressed, or pressured throughout my entire time there which was unlike anything I had experienced at other dealerships. When you’re making the decision of purchasing a long term investment like a car, it’s beyond reassuring to have people in control of the process that work with you and not just for a commission check. I am so grateful I came across this dealership and highly highly recommend driving over and taking a look at what they have to offer.
