A very relaxing experience with a very knowledgeable sales person: Jen Sprague. We weren’t sure what we wanted and she was on top of every question we had. And my husband is old school and he was quite impressed with Jen .Also,John Devito is a great guy and got the vehicle for us to test drive. He was very helpful. Gene (finance) was great . He explained everything and we felt very comfortable with our finance package.This is the second car we bought from Walls! Our first car we bought from Tommy Fountain: He was the BEST! I was looking online for several weeks looking for a new F150 when I came across the one with everything I wanted. I decided to go buy on a Sunday around 3pm. i walked in and met Mike " Salty" Saltman. I can't say enough about how relaxing and pleasant the environment and the experience was. Mike was great, very knowledgeable. Stayed past closing to make sure I had all the information I needed. I picked my new truck up two days later. The finance experience was excellent and fast also. It was my first visit to Salem Ford, and it won't be my last. Thanks Mike!

8/21/2025. I entered the dealership and was met at the door and connected with Anthony the sales representative. My challenge to Anthony was I purchased a car three weeks earlier in under two hours, and I wanted to be in and driving away with a New F350 that Saturday at 2 pm in under 3 hours. Anthony started the timer on his cell phone. Anthony showed me four F350 and covered the details of each indepth and focused on my needs as a buyer. During the process, Anthony shared his prior military service with me. I was dealing with a fellow veteran. With Anthony’s help, I decided which F350 was right for me….in 43 minutes according to Anthony’s phone. We quickly agreed on a price and began the paperwork prep process which took 75 min. We finalized documentation while the vehicle was gassed and prepped. Anthony surrender the keys to me after pulling my new ride up to the front door, washed and warming up. I passed along my appreciation to Anthony and the Sales Manager for the prompt, courteous and streamlined service they provided over the past 2:40 h. Anthony at McFarland Ford in Exeter NH, Thank you again for a great buying experience and helping me locate the 2025 F350 that left the factory with my name on it!

This is, without a doubt, the best experience one could hope for when in search of a new or used car.The moment we arrived, instead of being "attacked" by a swarm of sales people, we were warmly greeted by Chu Lassor, who encouraged us to take our time and look around and that she would be right there, should we have any questions. No pressure, no sales pitches, she just gave us the chance to look at the extensive inventory on our own. We found a few semi-finalists and then sat with Chu. She offered knowledgeable info about color choices, trim levels and was just so great at helping us to find the vehicle that was perfect and the Sales Mgr. was just as polite and easy going and it was clear that this was a family atmosphere where they are not just trying to make a sale. It is worth the drive from anywhere to actually be treated like a friend and now I know why and how Hampton Ford Hyundai earns so many 5 star reviews, so here's one more. My car was beyond clean and Chu helped us out so much and is such a sweet person. I will absolutely return for future cars, service and just to say "hello". Sincerely, Glenn Witkum Salem NH

Thank you Ann for responding to my post and I can appreciate the situation regarding specialty vehicles. But, I think you need to look at this from another perspective. Joe customer spends several hours shopping and building a vehicle within a specific budget and gets a MSRP. Now Joe understands its a "suggested" retail price and may differ from the actual price. But when "Joe Customer" brings this MSRP to the dealership he's told he can't purchase this vehicle at that price but has to pay 5,10 or 15k above said MSRP. Sounds a little like a bait and switch doesn't it? I find it unethical and not being truly honest with your customers. I did find a local dealer that will sell me this vehicle at MSRP. They don't feel the need to take advantage of their customers that way. I think thats exactly whats you're doing. Is that 5or10k you make on this one vehicle worth losing potential customers in the future. Just because you can charge more do you really think you should? Personally I think you need to reevaluate how you do business concerning these types of vehicles.

I drive past several other Ford dealers just to come to Ipswich Ford. The staff here is the absolute best Ford has to offer. I was actually all set to get rid of my Ford until I decided to try Ipswich just to see if they're better than the others. They are! Go here!
