The sales department at Casco Bay Ford makes the experience fun and pressure free. They all get along and banter with not just themselves but their customers as well. We laughed so much that we forgot we were buying a $40,000 car. Rob even bought us coffees and our kids apple juice at the gas station when he filled up the gas tank! Rob was so good with us having our young children there and making sure he worked efficiently so the kids didn’t burn out spending unnecessary amounts of time there.

The 'dealership' overall id probably give a 3.5 rating . I didn't appreciate being sold a car less than 6 months ago and having to bring it in for repair for the SAME thing a month after buying it . I also didn't appreciate that instead of them taking the responsibility to cover repairs they charged me through my warranty .

Drove 50 minutes and was informed today's appointment was only a "Test Drive" and that I'd have schedule the repair once confirmed by the technician - I couldn't just leave it with them. No thanks.
