The cars available at the Tasca Woonsocket Chev dealership are fantastic. Shelby's, Cameros, Corvettes etc etc. I purchased an 8 yr old Vette, with less than 15,000 mls. Car was spotless. Price was within reason, compared to other dealers my wife and I had visited. The sales and management teams were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend considering them, particularly if you like style, power, and class.

Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service I received. The only issue I had was that when I first brought my vehicle in, I chose to 'wait' for the diagnostic results in the customer lounge. After a lengthy delay, I approached the service advisor, who informed me that the technician working my vehicle, had discovered several mechanical issues, that needed to be addressed. The repair of these issues would require a drop-off appointment, as the repairs would likely take a whole day. After hearing this, I scheduled another appointment for the following week and then left.

Had a great experience at McKay Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon Soto is the best. I haven't bought a car in 17 years and was very nervous. Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lie😀. Another salesman heard him say that and said if Brandon wasn't in anyone of the salesmen would be happy to help me. Brandon, other salesmen and receptionist were awesome. We purchased our truck in 2019. We had specific wants, the truck had to be a standard shift. Marcin Orybkiewicz went above and beyond in finding a truck that met our needs. He found a vehicle for us and from start to finish it was a flawless transaction. All in all, from start to finish it was one of the best experiences we have had when purchasing an automobile. We continued our relationship with Hurd Auto until we moved to New Hampshie. The service department is excellent. We found them to be comptent and quick with limited amount of waiting time. Marcin and Hurd Auto made purchasing and maintaining a new vehicle a pleasant experience.

I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and told him about a recall I received for the Rear Crossmember he would not touch my car except to check that out. I called Tom Chevrolet and made the apointment. When I picked it up they said it was fine and put a coating on it. I then brought the car back to my micanic and they told me they didn't do anything and the rear cross member was all rusted and they only had coated what you could see by looking at it. I then call Chris and brought the car back to the dealership. I called the next day and Chris said it was just rusted, I said that is the same as corroded and he said no it was not. So we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. Then he tells me they used a machine to punch into the bar to test it. So I said, now is rusting out with punch holes in it and that just makes it worse. He kept say no and he's not changing it and I can do what ever I need to and call whom ever I want but he's not changing it. I can take it to another dealership. I have bought my last two cars there and 3 of my girlfriend also did. We will never do anything with them again. Every since they changed hands they are so aweful.
