Kyle was the service manager I worked with on a continuing problem the suspension on my truck. They identified root cause for the failure and replaced faulty parts returning the systems to normal operating mode and cover the cost through the warranty of the services provided by the original work last year. While they had the vehicle they identified a few other problems that required attention. The truck is back to running well.

I was in and out in a few hours with my new car! Durnell in financing was also awesome, no pressure re: coverage packages, easy signing electronically and just a really nice person. I had a wonderful experience at McGovern Chrysler JEEP Dodge Ram of Acton. I leased a 2025 JEEP Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4xE. Michel El Ghoul was great to work with. He answered my questions without any sales pressure and followed up with me at appropriate intervals. His focus was always on satisfying my needs. The financing process was also relatively easy. After going back and fourth with McGovern we finally reached a deal. At closing I was originally told that besides the down payment I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Else. They lied, I ended up paying first months payment which they specifically told me I wouldn’t. I was so fed up with the whole process I just agreed and signed. Then, I was told that my lease on my jeep was “all in” for the monthly figure I agreed to. Not true, I now still have to pay additional taxes which they 100% told me wasn’t going to be the case. They lied right to my face. STAY AWAY. This dealership is the furthest thing from honest.

Our sales rep Noah truly has great knowledge, personal skills, efficiency, and stays one step ahead to make the process seamless. Can’t say enough good things about Noah and the entire staff over at Lawless. Not a hard sell by any means which I certainly appreciate.
