Not a very good experience with this dealership. To start with, the car we had "Scheduled" to see (2021 Sportage EX) with "Nicco" (?) the online sales rep, wasn't available for sale due to it being a Lie as it had mechanical issues. The car they did have ready to show us was covered with pollen and not fully cleaned inside. It also appears that our CPO 2020 Kia Sportage wasn't given the stated 165 point Inspection (or any inspection at all) by Gervais Kia as one might expect before taking delivery.. During the test drive I found that the car needed the alignment checked as it was pulling to the side. I reminded the sales rep before we left the dealership about it and he said it would be checked along with the CPO inspection. I took the car for it's inspection sticker the next day and the shop showed me the alignment was pretty well out and was starting to cause the left side tires to "Feather". I called the dealership and was told by the sales manager to "Bring it back and we'll take care of that". I explained that this was supposedly done and it's not right that I have to waste a half day because Gervais Kia Failed to do what they promised. He agreed to having me get the alignment done locally and he would reimburse me for the cost. I emailed the bill that afternoon and have yet to be paid back by Gervais Kia. Two days later I was checking the washer fluid due to very little coming out while trying to wash the windshield and found that the wiper fluid tank was near empty. This caused me to check other fluids and saw the Coolant tank was Below the lowest warning mark. (I took pictures of this to show the dealership and have on record) To add to the list of Missed items, the drivers side handle/panel section is loose as if someone had removed it at some time. I would Never recommend Gervais Kia to anyone and I'm disappointed that Navy Federal would recommend Gervais to our members.
