This review will not be short by any means. Please take the time to read my review I am sure it will allow you to make a very good decision.I began my purchase in early February 2024. When I visited the Lease Return Center I was pleasantly surprised of the dealerships inventory, organization, and neatness.Jason , in sales was expecting me and it was VERY busy inside. I was amazed at the way every employee worked so well together . Jason had the car I was interested in brought from an inventory lot, placed a dealer tag on the car and said enjoy a great test drive. From my first "hello" to Jason there was NO doubt he was very knowledgeable,helpful,and a genuine person. Although the result of that day didn't make the sale I continued calling regarding the car. And Jason always took time to talk to me and explain any questions I had It was my reluctance and in NO way anything to do with Jason that I shunned any forward progress. On March 1,2024 Jason in the finance department contacted be regarding purchasing the car. I returned to the dealership and again was greeted with the utmost friendliness and respect spoke to Jason in sales and the sat down with Jason in finance.I made an appointment to revisit on March 6, 2024 to close the deal on the car. Yes so far this has been a long review, however please continue. When I met both Jason's on March 6, 2024 again a very welcoming and pleasant attitude was there. I sat down with Jason in finance and I was amazed at the many options and choices he took time to find for the best of my deal. If you have got this far in my review I would absolutely suggest you visit the Lease Return Center take a look at the inventory ( no vehicles in bad order ) and begin a car buying experience you will enjoy and certainly not soon to forget !!! There are many employees at this dealership I had the opportunity to meet and experience 2 excellent Guys in the car business. Jason and Jason I do thank you. Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had a TERRIFIC experience with Lindsay Volvo. I live in WA state, but the model I wanted was only available on the East Coast. I submitted internet inquiries to several dealerships, and Seamus at Volvo Lindsay got back to me the next morning. I was nervous it would be hard/impossible to lease across the country, but Seamus made it easy and quick. He was super straightforward and honest in his dealings, and had a contract in front of me with zero surprises that same day. Graham was terrific in helping me get signed up with VCSF and helped with paperwork plus some tips about this unusual car, and Markell their manager prepped the car for shipping on their day off since my shipper came by early. After the car arrived here, there was one tiny issue (temporary plates not included) and Graham responded to my email and fixed it on a Sunday! Outstanding job my all involved! By far the best car buying experience in my life and the most trustworthy dealers I've yet dealt with. Could not be happier with everything.
