I bought my vehicle new and made certain to have the service here. It is very far from house so after warranty, I went with my mechanic to do oil changes etc. The only issue I had with my recent visit - i felt my tire pressure should have been the same and it was different when I left. Also, since then my left front tire is leaking air, which I may have picked up something. Haven't had time to check but going on vacation so hope it will be ok.

Ideal purchase experience! We were looking for a Jeep that had the cool factor (we have a home near the beach) and also had great gas mileage. The dealership guided us through options, but the BEST part, is that they called us when incentives were all aligned. Result, we were able to purchase a Wrangler 4xe with a nicer trim option (Unlimited) than we had expected. The trade-in process was very simple and we got $1,500 more for our sedan than we had expected. We opted for home delivery and the dealership also arranged pickup of our trade. This was a pretty simple process and communication was great. A few days after receiving the vehicle, and then a month later, we received a follow up call asking if we had any concerns or needed help learning how to take the detachable roof off. Yes, I plan to purchase my other Jeep Grand Cherokee at this store as well in the near future.

Unfortunately, we discovered that the dealership was over three hours drive from us which made doing business there next to impossible. One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .

Terrible dealership, avoid at all costs. I have been waiting for 2 months for a shock absorber for my truck that should be covered under warranty. I filled out the review they sent me and the manager responded asking me for my contact information. I sent it and he never made any attempt to call me, been 3 weeks now. Looks like it is bad from the top down. I will never go back there I will make the drive to Columbia its a much better dealership. I bought my truck from Columbia because of how bad Beaman was. I thought maybe they could handle a shock absorber I guess I was wrong.

Had an appt for Wednesday. They took 7 days to diagnose it. Got a call saying warranty won’t cover repair, wanted to charge me 2400+ tax to repair. Contacted local repair guy 400$. They don’t communicate well. They are way over priced. Called multiple times and left msg for a call back never got call back. Won’t go here again
