Worst experience at this dealership. Found the specific car I wanted to buy, reached out to the dealer and tried to make a deposit, no valid engagement or response for two straight days. Most people I spoke to appeared incompetent and acted as if they had never worked in the industry. Reached out to the GM to discuss with no response. In contrast reached out to another dealer - Vision - and they bent over backwards to help. My advice would be not to shop here, two many options of dealers who want to help you.

Had a great experience in the sales department getting my new transmission under warranty. Unfortunately my 60k mile 2021 Tucson needed a new transmission already, but with the 100,000 10 year power train warranty, Benny in the service department helped me tremendously with all the necessary paperwork. It was all done in just under 2 weeks.

I have bought many cars from many dealers and Healy Hyundai was one of the best. Very honest unlike many dealers I have encountered! I would recommend them highly. I live out of state and they did have some issues with NJ Motor Vehicle getting my plates. They kept me informed and I could not ask for anything more. Great dealer.

May 13th went to the store to look at a new car, purchased a Palisade, gave 4000$ deposit. After making the deal with the salesman James went onto the room to do the insurance. At this point I remembered we had already paid our last payment on 5/2 (payment was due 5/15)for the month of June for the Sante Fe we were turning in. I brought this to the attention of the Kyle the insurance person as he gave us what the payment would be and he said there was nothing he could do, I would have to talk the finance people. Next step was the finance person and when I told him about the payment we had made for the Sante Fe we were turning in he also said there was nothing he could do and we should talk to the finance people. I mentioned to him that i had no need for having a payment for the old Sante Fe and the new Palisade we purchased for June. I also said does it make sense that I cancel the deal and wait a month and he said that I should call the finance people from Hyundai. After calling the finance people the next day, first customer service then a supervisor I was told they would not return the payment. I asked them to escalate which they did and I received a call from them and was told that I should receive the payment back and that she was waiting for the dealership to to see how the paperwork was done. After several days I was told that there was nothing they could do, I explained to her that had they not waited so long to respond I would have been able to return the car and get the Sante fe back. She told me I had lost my leverage after the deal was signed. With this information i went back to the dealership and asked for a manager and was told by John, the manager that it looks like I should get the payment back but he had to talk to the people involved as none of them were working that Wednesday night, 5/28/2025, he said he would get back to me on Thursday. I received no call on Thursday so I went back to the store on 5/29 and saw John again, he acted as if we never spoke and said he would look into it further and then get back to me on Friday, again no call back and as of this writing on 6/1/25 I have not heard from anyone at the dealership about refunding my payment. I find the attitude of John the manager to be very unprofessional. The problem I am told is that I made the payment for June early on the Sante Fe, had I not done that I would have had no problem. I want my full payment back for the Sante Fe.

The greatest new car buying experience ever. Bob Awn is a fantastic salesman. My wife and I loved dealing with him. Zero pressure and when we picked up the Santa Fe he gave my wife a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

I was helping my parents buy a car (Hyundai Tucson) in NY from my location in California. Jack Schwartz, the GM, gave me the best price around and set up the paperwork so that my Dad could go in and pick up the car in no time at all. The entire transaction was smooth and couldn’t have been more convenient. I’d definitely recommend Jack for his service and for his competitive pricing.

If there should be a rating lower than one star. They do not deserve the one star. There are wonderful sales associates, however, when you get to the management division, they are liars, rude, unprofessional and completely lacking ethics. Stay away from this dealership! Even if means you have to travel 50-60 miles in any other directions, please do. The management team is massively rude and lacks even a small sign of empathy. Their style when dealing with the elderly is something that the Attorney General of New York should look into. Shame on the leadership of this car dealership and shame on anyone that knowing works at this dealership and knows how they treat the elderly. I am just grateful that I caught on to the deal before it was signed by my elderly mother. Avoid them at all cost! Again, most of the sales associates are wonderful people and work hard and are ethical, however when one gets to the finance management managers, the true colors show. My mother was going to pay cash for a brand new vehicle, and promised the required items on the car that she wished. NONE of the requirements that she wanted were on the car. She was not allowed to see the car until the paperwork was done either. "They were polishing," the car for her. Once the car arrived I went to look at it and make sure that it was she requested, and of course the two requirements that she requested were not on the car. The salesman apologized profusely for the mistake, however the finance manager did not care. He would not do anything about the lack of equipment that my mother requested and said either walk or accept the car. Needless to say, I pulled the deal and to which the finance manager said, "hey don't worry this car will be sold at an even higher price." Absolute disgusting and unethical behavior. AVOID SIMMONS ROCKWELL!!!!!!

My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car.
