DO NOT BUYOUT A LEASE AT FERRARIO! NEARLY $1000 IN ADDED FEES. My lease term ended and given the very poor selection of new or used vehicles on the lot I decided to buy out the vehicle I had leased. I got the 10 day payoff from Ford Credit and called Ferrario to complete the transaction, as Ford Credit won’t just accept a check. You have to go to a dealership. When I reviewed the paperwork Ferrario had added $500 to my payout amount, added $295 for “used car check”, over $200 for registration (my vehicle is already registered and inspected) and then additional state fees as well as the document and title fees. I called and spoke to the sales manager to see if the fees are an error, but he told me that it was not an error. It is the owners policy to add these fees. That’s right, Mr. If-you-don’t-see-me-I-can‘t-save-you-any-money Don Ferrario, has a policy to pirate Ford lessees out of $900 and put it in his pocket. I called other dealerships and ultimately paid $930 dollars less to buyout my vehicle.

Scam artists!! Take my vehicle in on August 3rd for a failed part and I was notified that the part is on backorder. Called on December 13th to check on status of part and was informed it was still on backorder. Called again on January 3rd at 11:05 a.m. and the woman I spoke to informed me the part was now in and I went forward with scheduling the appointment. At that time they verified with the extended warranty company that it would be fully covered. On January 26th work is done and afterwards they tried to charge me the full amount. Then after supposedly calling the extended warranty company I was informed the service would only be partially covered. Take your vehicle to another dealership!!

The sales person was nice but I guess didn’t have enough time to explane anything on the new vehicle and since there was no owners manual from ford. I guess he was too busy to get to his next sales as they were waiting. And none of the other people offered to go over the options. Also the glove compartment was full of water.

I purchased a new Ford from them and went back every year for an inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. The year before I had new brakes and struts put on that they did. Two weeks earlier for the inspection I put four new tires on. They took my car in and two hours later they said I needed new struts and brakes that were a year old and saying B.S. like the rear wheels are frozen up and the car won't move. (I drove an hour to this dealership). Then a car salesman comes up to me an offers a trade in deal for 500 hundred dollars and wants me to look at a new car. My 4 year old vehicle with 24 thousand miles on it. I just left and went to another dealership in Rochester NY. It passed with flying colours. Avoid this place like the plague is my recommendation.

I had issues with my ford ranger transmission. They are the most disorganized and not helpful at all. I called to see if my truck was done, it was not, then I was told “the **xxxxx car rental lady was not there” so they could not get me a loaner. They said I could pick it up the next day. Next day comes and they had not done anything to it. I had to call and find out they ordered parts. Ugh. I picked up the truck and was told they would call tomorrow with details for the parts. 5 days later I had to call them to find out the part was in days ago. I got no call. Josh in the service dept. is literally useless. After the repair, I’ll be taking it to another dealership for any needed repairs.

I brought my new Ranger in to have a Ford tonneau cover installed. The technician had muddy shoes on, left muddy footprints all over the bed and scratched the paint. They charged me $95.00 for a 10 minute job and brought my truck out. The salesman sends a text asking me about my experience. I tell him what happened and also tell him the tonneau cover leaks as it doesn't fit and there are missing pieces (rubber for the front by the cab) . I wanted a full refund, all of a sudden l have an attitude and the salesman has lost respect for me. This is a brand new truck and was damaged by an incompetent technician, the service manager allowed it to happen and the owner of the dealership still hasn't made good 3 weeks later.

I live in north Country in NY am i supposed to walk now ??Loaner Vech ?? no responce from her ?? I could see if they scheduled an appointment when they have the recall Door Latches to replace them ?? I will do my best to keep this review brief. I had a big repair done (10k) and when I took my truck in for the repair the power mirrors and power seats were fully functional. When I came to pick up my truck after the repair was complete my power mirrors and power seats no longer worked. I pointed this out to the technician when I picked up my truck and he took it back but couldn't fix it. We had discussed another repair and he indicated to me that when I bring it back for the other repair they would get it back up and working. I stopped by the Service Dept. to explain the situation to the service rep that handled my 10k repair and was told that they would look at it but I was going to be responsible for fixing it. I told him if he wasn't going to make good on the Power Mirrors or the Power Seats I was going to cancel my 3k repair from which the guy sitting next to him (I am assuming his boss) arrogantly said to me "We are done" I was shocked and repeated back to him in question and stunned disbelief (We are done?) to which he arrogantly repeated "We are done". At that point I left in shock sort of repeating "we are done" as I couldn't help but wonder what the owner would have to say about this? This isn't my first rodeo with dealership service centers so I sort of expected a little pushback but if not this...I can promise that arrogant gentleman who told me "We are done" that he may be done by I sure am not...I will be telling everybody I come in contact with this story and can assure you that I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody uses that service dept. again. To be that arrogant he must not need any customers because he feels like he has enough business so I will do my best to trim off his business so he isn't so busy and so arrogant...This whole experience is very unfortunate as it certainly didn't have to be this way...I would really love to talk to the owners to see how they feel about all of this...It must be nice to be so big that you can turn customers away...Please avoid this establishment...There customer service is deplorable...

Royal Automotive heaps on the hard sell tactics. Not giving pricing, only asking what you want to pay per month. They will say or do anything to get the sale but after that they don't to hear from you. Need service, be prepared to wait for a week or two. During the sale they send in a wide array of people all with different forms, I had no less than 8 people, claiming they are all working together, but the end result is you don't get proper time to review what you are signing. That's where they get you, you will get bills for weeks after the purchase and end up with extended warranties you didn't want. After the sale they play dumb and say that everything should have been explained. But it wasn't. I am done with them

The mechanics at Specchio Ford are first rate. When ever I need service I am well taken care of in a professional manner. The Service Dept. takes excellent care of my vehicles. Easy to make an appointment and my cars are ready within a reasonable length of time. They are also ready to help me if I have difficulty out on the road. I had a tire problem recently at the grocery store, and the service department was on the scene to help quickly. We got the car back to the shop repaired on back on the road all within an hour and a half. Outstanding service.

I bought a special ordered super duty F250 at this dealership and the overall experience was very good. Nice staff and not your typical pushy sales people. Very familiar with the trucks and various programs and rebates. Just a refreshing buying experience unlike some of the bigger stores where they have a high turnover of obnoxious uneducated sales people these guys actually made the buyng experience a relative pleasure. I had my truck in for service and for warranty work and they were able to get my truck in quickly and get the problem corrected (warranty). I did have to bring my truck back in a second time for the same problem to get it corrected but they did mange to resolve the issues.

Do not recommend. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff and owner. After purchasing a used truck at sticker price (1) I was not given a spare key and the refused to get me one. (2) truck was not cleaned from the previous owner, garbage under the seats. (3) truck was given to me empty of gas, and (4) I told both the finance guy and the owner joe both in person and via email multiple times to register the truck commercial and at a specific weight. After getting the registration back not commercial and not at the weight I specifically told them, I was told by the finance guy there is nothing he can do and he will not refund me the money ($400) that I paid for them to register the truck. I reached out to the owner Joe as he was the one who sold me the truck but he ignored my multiple emails. Now I have to go to the dmv and pay for their mistake and register the truck correctly.

I had to have my car towed a couple days ago do to having had slid off the road. i called it in to 911 and W.S. Hinkley and sons INC was the next available tow company. Mr. Hinkley was told to bring my car to a body shop in Westerlo15 miles away from the accident site. A few hours later I contacted the body shop my car wasn't there Hinkley had taken my car back to his shop 15 miles away in the opposite direction. Once my car finally made it to my body shop, the shop owner informed me that an appraiser had already looked at my car. I NEVER placed the in claim on my car I was waiting to see what the body shop said before I called to file a claim. Hinkley took my insurance card out of my car, called my insurance company and filed the claim then gouged a tow bill that he got my body shop to pay it ALL WITH OUT my knowledge. I highly recommend you do not use this man for towing and if you do dot your I's and cross your T's.
