Alex was amazing! I bought my car and ended up having some delays caused by my employer and returning my company vehicle and Alex was the only thing that kept me sane throughout the process! He was a fantastic communicator and went above and beyond until the very end - He even drove my plates all the way to me and installed them onto my car simply because he wanted to help me out after dealing with a headache that had nothing to do with him or DCH. This will by third Honda vehicle. The team was very patient and answered all questions. I was able to test drive two vehicles I was interested in, which helped me decide which trim to purchase. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. I even stepped out briefly for lunch before returning to finalize everything. Ted, Mike, Mike and “The guy behind the glass” made it happen. My young family loves the car and I’ve received many compliments from my neighbors and coworkers. The service center is awesome and so was the sales team, I will continue to be a patron at this dealership and will recommend to family and friends.

I really trust Anthony as he was studying specific details of the carfax and double checking many aspects of the car to advise me. He also walked me through the steps very smoothly and that made a bid difference to me. We had purchased a Honda from Hamilton Honda before and we are really happy to work with them. I was hoping that my experience would be good because it's in Morris County but I was disappointed. I believe my salesman was Chad. Instead of showing me the car that I seen online less than twenty minutes of me coming to the dealership, the car magically disappeared per Chad. I went home and went online to see it still there and available. My salesman kept trying to force me to take a car that he suggested rather than showing me cars within my budget. He told me that I would be paying more money a month for a car however the car that he wanted me to settle for was for the same amount of money. I walked away and felt like I did not get that from this dealership. I left extremely disappointed.

Open Road Honda made getting a new lease very easy. I've been with Honda since 2019 and this is my 3rd Honda. I usually go to North Jersey to return my lease but, this will be my new place moving forward. Sergio was my salesperson and not only was he professional, but he was transparent and honest. I was so hesitant to even step foot into a dealership, I thought I was going to get into another lease and roll over, over $10k into a new lease but Sergio, Jason, and Wanyela all worked together, back and forth with the bank to figure out what they can do for me, to get into a new car, and not have to roll over all that negative equity into the new lease. This is why I felt so comfortable and safe with Sergio, Jason, and Wanyela. They cared about my finances and he knew a way to get me into a new lease with the monthly payment I wanted to be around. They work great as a team! I love my new Honda Prologue! Sergio picked a great car for my family and I.
