Two large gentleman the one named dareen is very pushy the other named kurt acts like he is nice but he is greedy and just following the other guys lead to take as much money out of your pocket as they can i feel i was scammed by these men once they had my deposit they forced me to take a car i did not want when i found out what i was paying for it please read all paper work before giving these criminals your money check engine light on minutes after i purchased it i can see over charging for something if it is good but overcharging of garbage and not fixing it is crazy i am the stupid one dont be stupid like me i am not able to walk straight after they got done with me

We Bought a 1998 Chevy Prism from this dealer that was listed on ebay. We were looking for a work car for my husband to just go back and forth to work to save mileages on my other vehicles i owned. This car has been excellent. I havent done anything to this car except oil change it. I have had this car for other 3 years and runs great. This year I bought new shocks as the ones were getting old. My 2014 Jeep Wrangler after only 20 thousand miles on it, gave me transmission problems. When I called the Jeep dealership to see if I was still covered under the factory warranty, they stated that I was; but also said that My JEEP was FROM CANADA, therefore my Warranty didn't apply. These guys sold me a LEMON and a JEEP from another country and never told me so and got away with it. There's no law that protects us hard working citizens. Just be careful if you decide to purchase a car from these bad people. Taking a hard working citizens money I'm thinking is one of their specialties.

I needed a new car and was tired of leasing. I found a couple of vehicles I was interested in on Accredited's website and called Pete to set up an appointment. He listened to what I needed, was honest about the cars I was looking at and helped me narrow my search to what would be best for my daily commute. I hate the car buying experience but Pete certainly made it enjoyable (as enjoyable as it can be) & I didn't feel taken advantage of or as if he was trying to push the sale. It was probably the best experience I've had getting a car. I will definitely refer my friends/family to Pete when they are in the market for a new vehicle &, although I hope my car lasts for 20 years we all know it won't so I will go back to see Pete when its time for my next new car.

We had a terrible experience with Broad Auto Sales. They are not to be trusted! First, they did not send us our registration before our temporary plates expired. Not only this, but they strung us along and lied to us about having it ready, before finally sending it a full 24 DAYS LATE. That means we had a car that we were already paying for but could not drive for 24 days. We had to find a place to "hide" it so it wouldn't get towed off the street, and had to rent a car to get to work. They gave us a flat "no" when we asked for compensation for the rental, and never offered any compensation at all for their huge error. Other minor issues: Still waiting for them to send the owner's manual that should have been included, 3 months later. The car was a good price, but they charge high documentation fees. They were friendly and helpful enough in person when we bought the car, but it went downhill fast after that!

I pay a fee each time one of his checks bounced. If you're going to deal with him, INSIST on cashier's checks or money orders!

I needed a car for my wife, and she fell in love with a 2012 Chrysler 300 that Jim had. We drove it a few times to make sure this was the car she wanted, and we purchased the car. Jim was always exceptionally accomodating and he let us drive several cars as a comparison. We took our time deciding, and Jim was NEVER pushy to get the sale. And the end result is that we ended up with a fantastic car at a great price. It is so pristine that many of our friends thought it was brand new. I cannot recommend Jim's Auto Sales enough!
