Great overall experience. We were greeted by Shannon Hurley who was fantastic. Great personality and sense of humor. We were interested in a 2019 Toyota Highlander. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. The entire sales,financial process was finished in less than an hour. The car was prepared and we drove away a happy customer. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

STAY AWAY from this disaster of a company. I regretfully bought a car only a year ago from them, I took the car home and the more I looked the more of a mess I found. There was a lolipop stuck to a cup holder. I had to fight to get my spare key.. which ended up having a remote starter on it. They never gave me the key for my locked lug nuts. Unless you show up, you can’t get a hold of them. They don’t pick up the phone. xxxxtiest business ever

Check your loan docs! After leaving with a new car and years later I reviewed my docs online with lender and they don’t match! They electronically signed my name. My original was hand signed. Now I have to arbitrate with lender because fraudulent documents were submitted without my knowledge and I owe thousands more than my purchase agreement has on it. Liars!! Again check your original documents against the lenders!

If I could give ZERO I would!!!!! Con artists! They said they would give me 2500 for my trade, (explaining EVERYTHING about it) then decided to offer 1000 when I drove it there! They sold me a jeep, and gave me price, then HIKED it up 1200, saying "things needed to be repaired" it had no rear door handles! The 1200 was supposed to go to brakes, rotors and maintenance things, that should've been included! We asked for a DETAILED RECEIPT and were promised one, for what was done and they've avoided us to this day!!! Then we had to pay 100 to FIX THE REAR BRAKES! WHICH SHOULDVE BEEN DONE! They lied back to back about EVERYTHING. Not to mention, the jeeps dashboard randomly shuts off, no blinkers or lights, then resets about twice a day! Mike said he was "CONFIDENT" IN THIS VEHICLE! DO NOT SPEND A DIME HERE!!!!!!

After I backed into a truck and put a large dent in my Accord's bumper, I contacted Bezema about fixing the damage. Their estimate was very reasonable. When I got the car back I found they had also fixed a scrape that one of my co-workers put on my car when pulling out of our employee parking lot. I didn't have the scrape when they prepared the estimate. I found my car had been vacuumed when I picked it up, and it looked great inside and out.

I recently had a great experience buying a GMC box truck here. From the initial phone call I had with the sales person, Ralph, I knew I was at the right place. I got a great financing deal with warranty, they fully prepped the truck including inspecting the vehicle, then delivered it to my shop the next day. I’ve been buying Fords for the last 10 years, but unfortunately the dealership I’ve been using has gone downhill. I got5 new 2021 ford vans this year, two of which had defective parts, I had to wait 3 months for a e brake cable that was defective. I will 100% be shopping with Baker the next time I have a need

My husband purchased his car, from the beginning they promised to deliver their customer service assisting with multiple needs. If the car had issues, and if there was ever any paperwork that was to be done they would resolve. The cars panel started to light up after weeks of purchase (tire pressure, engine light, oil light etc). The car was brought back to the dealership more than 5x with no other options besides a scan to see if there was any issues. We ended up returning the car and resolving it with the bank. It's been a month since we returned and they still have not cancelled the plates. We call leave messages no return. I feel like they just wanted to sell cars and have their end all set and careless about the customer when its time to resolve an ongoing issue. I don't recommend this store. They need to prioritize their customers, resolve issues, and offer options like many other companies do.

Absolute nightmare! Have had nothing nut problems. Paid 12K and have put 6k into it in 7 months. Second day driving I knew something was not right with the front end. Brought it in had a list of five things to look at and he said nothing was wrong. Since that the whole front end is been a mess. My mother was told to never ever go over the mileage for an oil change with this car by Jim but, come to find out, I look at the sticker and it is 4,000 miles the day I received the car. The Mechanic I had work on the car(not Rose because I was told nothing was wrong it per Jim) has never seen anything like it. I feel like my mother was taken for a ride purchasing this vehicle. Turns out you never buy a car that has a salvage title that was rebuilt by this gentleman. The rear end was where the damage was but turns out the front end was just as bad, but never checked out. From axles, to motor and transmission mounts, tie rods, wheel hubs, control arms ,tie rods, ball joints, tires, for alignments, you name it, it's been replaced. Everything but the struts which are just about gone and need to be changed as well now. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to that place basically what it boils down to.

I just picked up my 2012 Mercedes-Benz C300 sport from Today's Collision. I am more than extremely happy with their work, customer service, time management, etc. The day I got into my accident, I called Matt Everson and he instructed me, while at the crash scene, to have the vehicle delivered to the shop and he will handle it all from there. Once I arrived in the tow truck, I was accompanied by Matt waiting outside, with the rental already in the parking lot, running and warm ready for me to drive alway. After I provided the insurance information to Matt, I only heard from him once to tell me that my car was ready, 3 days earlier than she had inticipated. Once I arrived today, Matt brought me directly to my vehicle which looks better now than it did when I bought it last year brand new. It was fully detailed and shining clean. After gathering my receipts, I was on my way. The customer service that this company provides is remarkable and unbelievable. I'm extremely happy with their services!

It's been 3 yrs since I bought my 2015 Nissan Sentra Sv here and the service was perfect. I thought i wasn't going to be able to get a car because of my credit and low money i receive through out the years and no history on loan or anything but i was surprised. The guys had me just look at the cars , explain which better suit me for my needs and i decieded which i loved best. We spoke prices and then they knew they could find me a perfect price and help me with the loan . I really was shocked when i received a great loan with low fees and perfect payment plan. It was the best day and deal i've ever done. I really recommend them in this location. !!

Even after reading the negative reviews that described the sales person as rude, I went to look at a specific truck. Within seconds of my trying to describe the vehicle by make, model, year and VIN, so he could look it up, he demanded to know the color. I didn't know it, which escalated his rudeness. He's sitting at his computer saying he doesn't know what car I'm describing. Imagine, I didn't get through identifying the vehicle before he started. I told him we were done, that the reviews I'd read were right and walked out. He pursued me and found my wife who had found vehicle in question. I told my wife we're leaving. Naturally she was confused. It only took a few seconds for her confusion to end. He actually stepped in front of her as she made her way, going around him, to me and our car.

A majority of vehicles they sell come from Canada. This voids any factory warranty you think you may have on late model low mileage vehicle you buy. As an example if you buy a 2018 car with 16000 miles and it normally has a 3yr/36k factory bumper to bumper warranty and 5yr/60k powertrain warranty they are VOID if the car comes from Canada.

Not a good place to shop for a car. Said I needed a co-signer with no down payment. Went back and the salesman, Lee, was very cold and unprofessional. It was like I was disturbing him. Took him 20 to 25 minutes to find the car I wanted. He said I needed 550 for a downpayment which meant 2 months payment up front. Terrible place, stay away

They then gave me a reasonable trade in for my car. They were excellent to do business with. I would highly recommend this dealership to famil and friends.

We were looking for a preowned BMW with options that are a little hard to find, so ended up traveling to Central Motor Sales since they were one of two dealerships in the state that had the car in stock. We first drove by when they were closed, and liked the appearance of the dealership, as well as the peek we had at the car. We came back the next weekend and bought it. It was hands down the best experience that we've had at a dealership -- no pressure, no haggling, just a good deal on a super nice car. We will start our search at CMS next time we're in the market. Until then, we'll keep sending our friends and family down to check them out.
