Our Honda HRV was brought in on a tow truck to Berlin City Honda. The vehicle had just had recall work done at another dealership and was not running right ever since. Dillon, the service person we worked with, treated us so well you would have thought we bought the vehicle at Berlin City. He was always courteous and professional in all our communications and Berlin City corrected the issue with the recall and the car now runs fine. I came in on 8/28/18 with my 91 Nissan Skyline GTR looking to get a spare ignition key cut, no one else could do it no matter which specialty shop I went to. This is a simple key with no immobilizer, but a very specific cutting pattern which is not a common one. Travis took the time to research the background when I called in advance, identified that they have the correct foreign key blank I needed, and even cut the key on a standard blank to ensure it worked before cutting into the $40 OEM one that I had purchased on my own. Stellar research and customer service - a true expert. Please give Travis at least a bonus, but more preferably a raise especially if this review aligns itself with the standard of his work quality and outcomes daily. Despite the challenge, he made it happen by connecting the needed information and made sure it was a success for me as a customer. I will always come back here for anything Nissan related, the best experience, hands down. Thank you Berlin City Nissan, and thank you Travis!

Found myself in South Portland with a dead battery, after getting it jumped I found I still needed to replace a fuse. My friend and myself could not get the old fuse out. We went to three different auto parts stores and auto repair shops and no one was able to help us with this simple task. Until I called Kia of Saco. They got back to me very quickly and helped me right away to get the fuse out of my car. Shout out to Ken who pulled the fuse and helped us put the new one in. It was a simple task but we were completely helpless until we found this dealership. Big thanks to them and definitely recommend them for their fabulous customer service, timely responses, and friendly faces.

Excellent customer service, comfortable waiting area. Same day appointment times available when I called to request service. I was initially informed that my vehicle may be in the shop for up to five business days while waiting on parts but they were delivered and installed within one business day after placing the order. Friendly advisors, promptly answered all questions, applied coupon without requesting which lowered the total price by at least $150. I had a problem with my vehicle that required service from a Ford dealership, and this was the first time my vehicle had been serviced here. It is a dealership so the prices are typically higher than an independent service shop, but the quality of service is immeasurable. Highly recommend, and don’t forget to look online for any service coupons available. I’m still amazed that appointments for service were available the same day. My primary reason for not having previously used the dealership for service was because I expected appointment availability to be a couple of weeks out, but it was the exact opposite. Also, they provide the option to pay online so that you may pick up your vehicle after hours, which is very convenient, particularly if it falls on a weekend. I am very pleased with the service department at IRA Ford.

Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.
