Dave sold me my car and Dan got the financing done. I was happy with both. My highest praise, however, goes to the service department man whose name I forget. - Three weeks after buying my car I had a problem with my battery and battery terminals. It obviously hadn't been checked by the previous service department person. -- I took the car to them and the NEW service man went over my entire car! He cleaned and repaired the terminals and got me a new battery! He was very courteous and thorough. My highest praise goes to this valuable new employee. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYBODY!!!!!

I was looking for cars online when I noticed Preston Hoods' poor reviews. I have bought 3 new and 2 used cars from Preston Hood over the years and only have good things to say. All the vehicles were top notch with no major issues. Sure every car and dealer have problems sometimes. More likely than not, some of these reviews were written by unreasonable customers. I support Preston Hood totally until I have a bad experience.

Do not buy or take your car to this joke of a dealership. Just add my negative review to one of many on this site. Our two month ordeal with Proctor is too lengthy to really go into detail but just suffice that we attempted to get Subaru North America involved. To no avail. I will not stop until I know I have left negative reviews on every site available after going through what we went through with this unprofessional and unscrupulous dealership. Don Monda didn’t even have the guts to call my husband back after “looking into “our complaint to tell us he wouldn’t be doing anything further for us. He just sent an email. What a coward and joke of a manager. Shame on Subaru and Shame on proctors.
