It took two weeks before I get anyone to call me back. Got a salesman to get me in contact with service manager Thomas. We set up the appointment for 4/18/14 at 8:15 am. Got there and said there was no appointment they have forty appointments and they will work me in not sure how long would be. Will never go bak there ever.

My family and myself have been purchasing vehicles from Jaguar of south orlando for over 10 years. Ive have never had a bad experience with them. They have always provided excellent service and have helped me solve any problems that have come up. My most recent purchase was in August of 2024. I purchased a used vehicle this time and it only came with one key. They worked diligently with the individual who traded the car in to get the second key. Rene stayed in contact with the owner and finally went personally to pick up the key, and I am glad he did since those keys are very expensive to replace. Rene told me to bring in the car so they could program the key. I drove in without an appointment and Randall ( the service manager) programed the key and i was in and out in an hour. Thank you Rene and Randall again for such excellent service.

I had my car in for service which they had to work me in, the service Jarrett Ford gives is above and beyond. Scott was my service rep he is very good and cares about his customers . The service department is a joke .. I take my truck to get an oil change and a wash to be returned dirty and I ask why is because I had the wrong car wash package when before that was the right one their excuse they raised the price and didn’t had the courtesy to let me know.. Keep in mind I bought this vehicle new at this dealership and this is how we get treated.. Fast forward I take my second car also a Ford for a malfunction and I arrived the service guy is eating a bagel and I explain my issue to be to told to leave it and it’s not going to been seen for the next 2 to 3 weeks since I didn’t made an appointment.. I tell this person I can’t leave it I have to go back to work he didn’t show no empathy I’m guessing his bagel is more important .. I’ve been gone at work for 4 months I didn’t know and now I am stuck with a broken car and nothing I can do this dealership used to be customer service oriented but after this I won’t set foot near there what a shame
