Jacksonville Camping World….We purchased an RV from Camping World and we were having issues so went to the Jacksonville location for assistance ordered a part it was the wrong part with no follow up from the parts department. Two weeks for this part and it was the wrong part, we were told they could get the correct part. Spoke to John and he said that is what they sent ours was discontinued, well i]a phone call explaining would have been nice as that is customer service. Tried to speak to the manager and while leaving a message was disconnected as he refused to pick up the phone. Unfortunately this Jacksonville Camping World was disappointing as the staff was rude when we tried to make a service appointment. I would suggest avoiding this Cmping World location.

I went in to get my radio/camera monitor removed to send back. They took the time to show me what and how, as well as answering several of my other questions. Took Camper in on Mar 29 2012 to have bearings in living room slide replaced. I was told it would take 4 hours to replace when parts arrived. Was called on 13 April 2012 that wrong parts were recieved and would have to be reordered but there were no numbers on slides. Well I went to camping world and talked to Mickey (service advisor) I took him to the Motorhome and showed him where the numbers were located and read off the numbers. As I was leaving the motorhome I walked by the right front corner and the front corner was damaged. someone at camping world had run into the front end. I had a set of tires installed in Dec. 2010 and since that time everytime I check tire pressure the valve won"t seal and I lose air. I have complained to camping world 4 times and they say there isn"t anything they can do. I googled valve stems with filters and found they were supplied with the balancing material.

If you take your vehicle in for a recall be prepared to spend at least $2000 or more. They told me they couldn't do the recall unless I got some other stuff done. I had no idea it was going to cost me almost $3000. Also I was told to have my vehicle towed because the recall had something to do with the brakes. I never got reimbursed the $165 for the tow fee. From now on I will drive to Jacksonville to get my vehicles serviced. I was told that this is a practice of theirs. I wouldn't be surprised if Morgan And Morgan start asking people to come fourth and file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.
