I do not have high expectations. - megan.ice13
I do not have high expectations. Only minimal expectations, however it has been a month since I brought my car in. First, they ordered the wrong parts, had to send them back. Three weeks later the right parts came in. I called and was told that the car was currently being worked on and would be ready in a few days. So, four days later I call back and can't get ahold of anyone who is willing to talk to me about my car. Finaly Marty calls me back, turns out they are not even working on my car it is in line to be worked on in "chronological order". So, you're telling me that it has been there a month now and it's not first in line. My new time frame is the end of next week the beginning of the following week. Meanwhile I am having to barrow rides and cars to get to work. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with getting a vehicle fixed. Kia of Cheyenne needs to clean house!
I have already told one potential buyer to go to Fort Collins.
