I had to use their service department this last week and I was very disappointed in it. I only gave it 1 star and it didn’t deserve that. In the past when I have used the service department I would always give them the highest rating, they were polite and extremely helpful. They would offer to take you over to Walmart and to pick you back up, you would receive an estimate of charges and time and coffee and water were offered to you. What I got was no estimate of time or cost, therefore I did not have the option of leaving the building. The chairs were ok but not for 5 hours. I was not askedl if I wanted any coffee and I saw the bottled water in the little fridge in the waiting area and help myself, it wasn’t until about half way through that a very kind lady from another department made sure I had taken some water. We won’t even address the issue that I couldn’t get any food. Yes I could have asked for help with these matters but I kept expecting my car to be done any minute. When I finally had had enough I went to the reception desk and looked out her door, I saw a car out of her window, no that couldn’t be mine, she would have certainly called me up to her desk by now. I asked her how much longer she thought it would be and she said it should be soon, I sat back down. About 15-20 min later she came and told me my car was done, the car I had seen was my car!! Needless to say my experience was not up to the standard I had become accustomed to receiving at Honda of Casper. I hope that these problems can be worked out so others don’t have to contend with them, or hopefully it was just an off day for them which I doubt.
