I was actually assisting a friend on a car search when I noted the 2015 Volvo V60 D'Acquisto's had on their lot. I was "semi-interested" and because of many high recommendations for this dealership I decided to check it out - starting with an email via their website. Within 3 hours I received a response with an invitation to stop by and test drive the car, which I did that same day. Since I had a trade-in we talked values and quickly arrived at a hand-shake deal. Two days later we drove home in our "new" (to us) Volvo. Frank & Lennie are wonderful to deal with, the quality of the vehicles on their lot is very selective and above average, and they do what they say. This purchase was probably one of the best overall car purchases I have made - and I highly recommend D'Aquisto Motors.

Bought a 2011Chrysler Town and Country from Dan Goben. The first day I drove it home the tire indicator light came on, then the engine light came on. I called Jake to let him know this. I had the code checked and it was the cam sensor bank one. I called Jake back and informed him, he told me to take it to my mechanic, I did They got the same code and suggested that it could also be an oil issue since that came up as well. So we did an oil and filter change because if the wrong oil or filter was on orin the vehicle it could cause the code. So I paid for that and the engine light still came on. Called Jake and told him I was taking it to the Chrysler Dealership in town, however it was a few days before I could get it in. They then confirmed the code and replaced the cam sensor as well as the sensor for the tire light. Jake paid for the cam sensor but refused to pay for the tire sensor. It took a week to get the vehicle back because I had to wait for parts. After getting it back several days later the engine light came on again. It was the cam sensor again for bank two. Called Jake no call back. Got the cam sensor cleaned, paid for that and went on my way. Shortly afterwards the engine light came on again. Code showed it was the cam sensor bank two again. Called Dan Goben no help. Further diagnostic testing revealed that it was the cam phaser and the valve cover gasket was leaking. Had that work done. Had all repairs done in Marinette where I live because it wasn't safe to drive to Green Bay to get them done. After I had the vehicle running well I drove to the dealership in Green Bay with my repair paperwork and talked to Jake. He told me, " you bought a used vehicle and don't expect to put money into it". "I just bought a $30,000 boat and had to put money into it, I am not going to do anything for you at all. I spent $1,500 on repairing a vehicle I brought from Dan Goben Cars. If they actually inspected the vehicle why would upon another dealership inspection find that the valve cover gasket was leaking? Something that would be easily visible upon there inspection. Now it looks like I need breaks. My experience with Dan Goben Cars has been not only expensive but very very disturbing. Buyer beware if your shopping anywhere near there.

I purchased 4 vehicles from them the last 20 years. Now they have been bought out by Lynch. But would think the place in Glendale would be the same. I normally do my own maintenance but they talked me into the Pre-Paid maintenance plan because of their Warranty for Ever program. Not only did they strip out all my lug nuts while rotating my tires (using the wrong size socket) but I also found my oil filter leaking twice as it wasn't tightened all the way. They also over tightened the body cover stripping all the plastic screws as well. Granted, this was all done in their quick lube. Than when they were bought out by Lynch, they offered me $80 to cancel my pre paid maintenance when I had 4 oil changes and 8 tire rotations left totalling over $400, A mere fraction of what was really owed to me. What a scam, stay away from AMATO

WARNING WARNING WARNING. I really wish I could give this company a negative star. I sold my Kia Optima hybrid five weeks ago. As of today they have still not paid my bank off. I had to make one payment on the car already even while it is not in my possession and I have another payment coming up soon. When I try to call and talk to the owner of the company Chuck he's never available even after leaving 8 voicemails I never got a phone call back. They keep on giving me the runaround round about why they will not pay my bank. I will be contacting my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau today. Chuck is running a crappy business. We already filed a police report. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

When the truck was delivered it actually looked new which I was very pleased with because Johnny told me he would have it cleaned but it was extremely cleaned. Buy from these guys if you want an honest and fair transaction.

Terrible experience would never recommend this dealer. I had been in contact about a vehicle I was interested in as I was out of area. Pictures sent didn't show the reality of the rust on the vehicle. Found out after a few months of owning it that the rust is so advanced that the licensed Toyota dealer recommended not driving and replacing the whole frame. They offered no help but they would "patch weld it" for me at cost. when I pushed further he said I don't have to do anything to help since it's been almost a year. So basically the vehicle is worthless and I still owe 10k on it. Claimed it was a non smokers vehicle but when I picked up the car there was cigarette ash everywhere. Lied about recent maintenance that had been done that ended up costing me 1k right off the bat. Beware they are predatory and scammers. I'm now stuck trying to figure out how to recover my lost investment in a vehicle that's now essentially worthless. 0 stars if I could. Tried to reason with the owner to get some sort of recoup or anything but stonewalled. I have reported the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER

New Car Purchase: Purchased from this unique Carmax/Toyota dealership which offers Toyota incentives and financing. Worked out all of the particulars over a three day period with Tito, Sean and then Paul. A special thank you to Sean for his patience and energy. Each of them offered the extended care plan, which I declined. Paul showed me the different finance options/scenarios so that I could determine the best deal. No one attempted to play any of the many shell games that dealerships use to just push money around and retain the same profit margin. The business office was there to present paperwork for signing, and answer any questions. Huge relief that all of the "negotiating" was handled earlier. Received a packet containing the signed paperwork, and additional documentation for the insurance company. They thought of all the little things on this one. Sale: Offer came in $2,000 more than the offer provided months earlier. Pricing truly is market based - supply and demand. Cons: - Feel like used Carmax vehicles are $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 more than other dealerships. - Wish there was a way to filter out all of the Fleet/Rental cars.
