Loved every single thing that happened while i was buying my car. First off i’m all the way in Hawaii so it was my first time ever buying a car & crazy thing is it was wayyyy out of state . Joe Kopietz was such a great salesman ! Communication was there even when we were 5-6hrs apart . Made my first buying experience the best thing ever.. Gave his personal just incase i needed to stay in contact for the car when he wasn’t in office . It’s crazy to think i have so much trust in him because i didn’t see the car in person so it’s pretty crazy getting a car you ain’t seen in person other than videos/pictures . The whole Crest Cadillac Team was great, everybody did their part ! If i could do it all over again I would ! Really recommend this dealership company & talking to Joe Kopietz ! I bought a 2024 Honda HR-V EX last January, through a salesperson named Cliff Roberts. He ended up being a perfect salesperson for me. I purchased my vehicle in less than 4 hours. The paperwork was the easiest of any of the 12 new cars I've bought. My Honda handles fantastic on the road and is a blast to drive, though in a perfect world it would have a little more zip 0-70mph. Merging is still straight forward and smooth though. The body work on the car is also excellent work. Being an ex-auto-body technician I can attest to that. The interior is outstanding and excels in almost every area. In fact I can't think of a con in the interior.

Best experience EVER! See Kalan Jeter! Best, kindest sales person, ever. Very savvy and knowledgeable, not pushy or hard selling. Gave me breathing room and time to think. A few days before I hit a deer and my car was totaled. I needed to get back in a vehicle as soon as possible. Basically, the floor was ripped out from underneath me. I had no time even to do any research, didn’t even know what kind of vehicle I wanted. The experience from walking in the door to driving home in my new vehicle was amazing!
