I brought my f-250 in for service and could not be more pleased with the service and treatment I received. Everything that was being performed was explained to me and total price broken down by the job. Lyndsey was great to work with. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with the work being done to my vehicle and what it would cost. I will return for all future work on my truck and prefer to continue to work with Lyndsey from now on. Thanks for the great service.

This is the 2nd time I've brought my car in since acquiring it 19 months ago, both experiences were perfect. I think we all hold dealerships to a higher standard, and in 34 years of owning used cars I've brought my cars in plenty. The communication was perfect. The resolution was perfect. Perfect.

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.
My order of trailer hitch and electrical wiring for the hitc - anngpotterycat
It took 2 * calling and asking them to order the specific trailer hitch and wiring for my car to get the hitch. But they did not order the wiring. So it took 2 days to install all of this. I'm sure the installation went fine and a couple other things they did to my Ford Flex went well. But I was really discouraged that I had to call twice to get the ordering done and they still didn't order one of the items.

Great service. Had a small leak in one tire. They fixed it and found a small nail. Been fine ever since.
