I have leased my last two vehicles here and plan to lease another this coming year. The service department is a big part of the reason I come here in addition to a wonderful Salesperson, Heidi Froschheuser.

I took my son's car in for 2 items needing repair and an oil change. I was never given an estimate or a diagnostic charge to review the issues. The Dealer called me with in an hour of dropping off the car and told me they could not fix one issue and the 2 nd issue they were not sure they could repair it or how much it would cost. to my shock when I picked up the car I was $220 each ($440 total) for the issues they did not fix and a little over $200 for an oil change. I really feel like I was taken advantage of and grossly over charged. In the past I was always given an estimate or a diagnostic estimate but this time I was not. $440 for less than an hour of time to tell me they could handle the repairs is outrageous. I will never be in the car dealer again and that a shame because I was their customer for the last 20 years.

Every single time I have interacted with International Autos in West Allis it has been a bad experience. I’ve had BMWs since 2006. I’ve attempted to buy my 2023 from these folks and it was terrible, I also attempted in 2022 and it was terrible. Both cars I ended up getting at Umansky. Much better experience. I’ve used them for service and while the guys are nice, the work is substandard. Do not recommend. I kept going back because they are close to my house and i figured it was just the person I’ve talked to each time and it’s BMW - how could it be bad. But, I’ve finally come to the conclusion that this location just really isn’t a great brand representative for them.

Outstanding service and they went above and beyond. Here's what all happened: I have a new JCW and during my brake in period my Mini was really struggling on its tires. The car was understeering and sliding quite a bit in the dry but cooler temperatures. When I say sliding, I mean you turn the wheel and the car keeps going straight... The car was equipped with all season tires, but the tires just weren't gripping at all. I felt like I was on ice. I 1st called the Mini help line and discussed the issue with a Mini representative at the factory. The Representative told me that is a bad problem and lets get you taken care of. I was told to call my local dealership which is International Mini in Milwaukee. I called Tim Timmerman who has serviced my cars for about 6 years now. Tim and the Mini factory took care of me super quick. Tim called Bridgestone and got all the paperwork and the warranty stuff done for me. The Mini factory gave Tim the green light to put a new set of Pirelli P7's on my car free of charge. From my 1st call to the mini help line to the new Pirelli's being put on my car was 3 days... That was awesome!!!! I am so grateful for The Mini factory, Tim Timmerman, and the Dealership at International Autos Mini. Everyone that helped on this, major thank you!!!

horrible service. A year and 5 months later, same car problem. They won't fix anything but make you keep paying. Managers is horrible too. No longer going to them forever. headquarter is the same also.

Seen advertised price for oil change at a reasonable rate, took vehicle in, offered me a loaner or wait for oil change which was great, they changed the oil in a timely fashion, also informed me of a few minor things to keep an eye out for on the vehicle and even took the time to explain these issues with my spouse. A few months later the transmission went on the vehicle, my spouse stopped in to find out pricing options for a new/used tranmission, due to financial retraints we had to be cautious about price, overall had the lower price on the transmission compared to other local competors by $1000 or more. So far vehicle runs great, definitely will look into future care maintenance with them again.
