Took my vehicle in for service. everything explained and staff was exceptional .they had nice waiting area to relax in while I waited for them to complete the service on my vehicle.

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.

My order of trailer hitch and electrical wiring for the hitc - anngpotterycat

It took 2 * calling and asking them to order the specific trailer hitch and wiring for my car to get the hitch. But they did not order the wiring. So it took 2 days to install all of this. I'm sure the installation went fine and a couple other things they did to my Ford Flex went well. But I was really discouraged that I had to call twice to get the ordering done and they still didn't order one of the items.

Amazing Detailing - sue

I highly recommend them . THey' not only did a perfect job on my chrome rims, they filled the tires and washed my car. They will be detailing my entire car next time!!

Last week the back window of my Don Miller Mazda smashed to bits. SafeLite could not repair it for nearly a week, so I took it to Bob and Patrick, who stayed past closing and at no charge sealed it up tight. These gentlemen are exceptional. Always curteous and willing to help. A million thanks!!

This dealership is responsive and client-centered. The salesperson who sold me the car (Blaine Tessman) was helpful during the process and checked in on multiple occasions after I purchased the car. The service department promptly assisted with an issue with the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I went in to get my front tire looked at. I was given a statement of work and approved them to work on my car. I emailed the service manager who sent me the SOW and asked her if they could add an oil change (that I would pay for of course) and she said they would do it and told me the price would increase by 70$+tax with the oil change. I received a call when my car is done and I confirmed with the guy who called me that it got an oil change done as well. He said it did and was ready to be picked up whenever. I go to pick up the car and the guy who was talking me through my receipt wasn't able to explain what they did to my car. I was in a bit of a rush so I told him it was fine. I didn't thoroughly look at the receipt (it was before work and I had a call to be on shortly), but confirmed the price matched the new quote I was given and it did. I noticed the oil change sticker hadn't been updated and so I took a closer look at the receipt and realized there was no oil change on it. There was an additional charge for something that wasn't on my original SOW (and I didn't get an explanation when I picked it up) that made the total the total believable based on my original + the oil change. Pretty bogus, would not recommend.
