Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. Dropped off my f150 for some work on engine and suspension he listened to the motor agreed it was an belt tensioner bearing was out also discussed suspension work dropped off on a Monday and wasn’t ready til Thursday when I got there I started my truck up and noticed an prominate engine lifter noise explained that there was another issue they couldn’t fix now and told me a cheaper way to fix I said why is there a lifter noise he said that was there when brought it in I said no there wasn’t he told me to put seafoam in the motor and it was a sticky valve lifter paid the bill and when I got in the seat was all the way back and mirrors readjusted not for me and 1/4 of a tank gone and 32 miles where put on it and now I’m sitting with a truck that sounds like tractor hopefully joe and Dan can rectify this !!!

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles! I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck! I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to. In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!

I bought a 2024 Honda HR-V EX last January, through a salesperson named Cliff Roberts. He ended up being a perfect salesperson for me. I purchased my vehicle in less than 4 hours. The paperwork was the easiest of any of the 12 new cars I've bought. My Honda handles fantastic on the road and is a blast to drive, though the in a perfect world it would have a little more zip 0-70. Merging is still straight forward though. The body work on the car is also excellent. Being an ex-autobody technician I can attest to that. The interior is outstanding and excels in almost every area. In fact I can think of a con in the interior
