Upon my first visit since the buyout I was relieved to find most of the former Chilson staff has been retained and the service I received was excellent and indistinguishable from the past.

I DIDN'T buy my Porsche here, but I wish I did. They gave me better service than my dealer! I had looked at a Taycan they had ordered (mine was already on order), but decided to wait for my build. They followed up, congratulated me on the purchase, and when they found our MY OWN DEALER didn't even walk me through the car, they did so (1+ hours) at no charge. This is how you run a dealership. I wish I could rebuy it from them.

Rhinnelander GM always does a fine job of tuning my GMC truck up and identifying any issues that need to be. Taken care of. They also check for any upgrades that need to be attended to. They also move my truck to the detail shop nearby for there service that I purchased when I bought the truck.

Marcus Kain the salesman was awesome to work with very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly, Other questions I had Gil the sales manager also helped me out. It has been 25 years or more since I purchased a new vehicle. Things have changed a lot when making a new purchase but it all worked out. Nate in finance did an excellent job he also explained things well with the loan paperwork, and vehicle title. Excellent Service Dept. Axel did a lot of research and many phone calls to find the problem with the entertainment screen in our Lincoln Navigator. It is fixed and running great. If it wasn't for Axel we would still have problems. In addition our Lincoln was under recall for over a year, and they fixed that too. Job well done.
