But I am getting older and it is taking longer to understand how things work. Unfortunately the hybrid vehicle does not get the mileage as listed. As I get more used to it, the sportage seems like a nice vehicle

Service here is usually very good. I was a little let down that I had to pay $200 for a brake service on my vehicle that is less than two years old. I was told the manufacturer probably did not use enough grease but it was not covered by warranty and I’d have to pay out of pocket.

Took our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a transmission issue, which was determined to be a failure requiring a replacement transmission under warranty. While we were disappointed with the news, they were thorough in their customer service at the beginning, middle, and end of the process which took about three weeks to source parts and complete the work. A complementary loaner was provided. We purchased the Jeep there in 2019 and with this issue they took care of, and other visits there, I have confidence in their abilities and their genuine interest in doing all that is possible to ensure their customers return whether for maintenance or for a new/used vehicle when the time comes.
