Everyone made me feel like a new member of the family. I purchased a used vehicle and worked with Robert in sales and Sani. Two cool guys that spoke my language. They didn’t try to impress me with how “professional” they can act. I had a few requests that they take care of before I took delivery. 3 days later, it was shining like a gem and ready for me to pick up. They even puts the plates on for me. I noticed a few things that needed to be repaired within the first few weeks of owning it. While my vehicle was in for service, they provided a loaner vehicle and kept me updated on status. I thought there was an issue with the transmission because It seemed to shift abnormally. I worked with Dan the service manager. He immediately attached himself to my concern. I was convinced I would be told that “it was fine when we looked at it” and then shown the door. Not at all. Dan took a closer look at my vehicle and even took it for a ride so I could show him my concern. He went above and beyond to the point of finding another vehicle with the same drivetrain. He verified that the behavior of my transmission was repeated in another vehicle and we can deem this normal operation. He gave reasons why this would be considered normal as well. I am very familiar with vehicle repair myself so I know these guys are keeping it real with me and truly want to help. From sales to service, keep up the great work.

Well I had my Kia in for tires after it felt like it was pulling so I called and Tim said he would take a test drive but when I went in mind you I went to the service desk a service guy was on the phone did not even look at me or say I will be with you in a min he said to the person on the phone some guy is interfering in my eyes not a good service person he needs to take a corse on customer service poor rude service

I am the spouse of a Honda 4 ever lover and I too love my accord. Van's is a place you can go and everything is taken care of and they have never let me or my spouse down when it came to ANYTHING that may have gone amiss with the car. Even when my husband heard a squeak, and had brought the car in multiple times and he couldn't get it to squeak when it was there. He and I were always treated courteously and yes the squeak finally showed up and was fixed when at Van's.
