Here how it is my son bought this van 6 months ago I was not keen on the van alot stuff they did not fix from start then they put tires & oil change & played with plugin that was hanging low they cleaned up supposely. When they got home radio quit they did not fix one bad window & van stopping for no reason & none of these problems existed before. When sons wife van killed at gas station she had to walk I spent 2 hours trying to get granite in to come down or suggest whats wrong. They play the card I did do nothing & I know nothing so ended up calling tow truck to tow a mile. I will not recommend any person for car or service I will my barn & road frontage to worn the public.

Took my vehicle in for service of a coolant leak, replaced parts that didn't need replaced. Then told me i needed a new engine after the car sat at their shop for a week. I wat a small leak in water pump. That's the problem with dealers these days, they have technicians, not mechanics. They wanted $8000 to $11000 to fix my car. Had it done for $350.

My review was was poor of the Customer Service and the treatment I suffered there. They did not repair my car properly and caused a major engine breakdown, than even after I had the engine replace for $3000.00 my car still died and it was towed back twice and they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. Each time I brought it back I paid a bill. The Service Manager is a liar and dishonest adn the Serve Writer Seam was extremly rude. Losers who work there and the Mechanics don't know what they are looking at. I had several 2nd opinions and they all said these problems should have been caught the first time. I ahve a dead car a week after I picked up my car and they are ignoring me and refusing to even call me back. My car is now at another shop.

Took my 2013 silverado to have my power steering fixed as it was tight and sometimes it would shake. I was told nothing was wrong with my power steering they could not resolve my problem and proceeded to charge me $150.00 with no results. I wrote a review and Scott called to say bring your truck back in we will make it right. Dropped my truck off at 5 am went to pick it up at 2 and was told i see the steering shakes i will change fluid and lube parts, I did not want to wait 3 more hours so I made an appointment for another day. Now I am told it is is something else that will cost $550.00. I don't think so. Your mechanics better go back to school because it is a guessing game. Nobody there seems to know their job. This is not a dealership you want to get your car serviced at. You should be reported to GM. Total incompetence!

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by. Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work. Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle. Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time. However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion. I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer. Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences. I hope this helps you .
