I had an urgent issue with my car. My power steering went to xxxx the day before I had to drive to the cities with my daughter. I called and Joel took care of me. Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. Also a special thank you to Mike for fitting in my car with your busy schedule. Simply amaizing experience.

Very pleased with the work that was done on my 2017 KiaSoul. Some what disappointed waiting 2 weeks for a service appointment. If my car was not under warranty I would have look into taking it to another service garage.

We purchased New tires from Russ Darrow Kia appleton. We called to bring our sorento in because there is a nail in the tire. The service person told us that they don't offer any warranty for nails or anything that would damage your tires. My wife suggested that they should. The service person laughed at her. I have brought our vehicle there previously and heard them selling things to customers that aren't necessary just to get money out of them.
