I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.

I had an urgent issue with my car. My power steering went to xxxx the day before I had to drive to the cities with my daughter. I called and Joel took care of me. Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. I am the spouse of a Honda 4 ever lover and I too love my accord. Van's is a place you can go and everything is taken care of and they have never let me or my spouse down when it came to ANYTHING that may have gone amiss with the car. Even when my husband heard a squeak, and had brought the car in multiple times and he couldn't get it to squeak when it was there. He and I were always treated courteously and yes the squeak finally showed up and was fixed when at Van's.
