I had an urgent issue with my car. My power steering went to xxxx the day before I had to drive to the cities with my daughter. I called and Joel took care of me. Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. Also a special thank you to Mike for fitting in my car with your busy schedule. Simply amaizing experience.

Great purchasing process other than that the entire experience was not great at all. The lady working in the service dept didn't seem to know anything and things I was promised would be cover and taken care of after purchasing the vehicle were not. I would definitely looks elsewhere.

Bought a new VW Jetta in Oct. Have ran into an issue with my panoramic sunroof exploding/shattering. Luckily I am able to bring my car back to get serviced and repaired here. Jeff G was my sales man that sold me my new car and I would highly recommend him if you ever stop in to purchase or even ask questions on a vehicle. He truly cares and wants to see you satisfied. Joey is the VW rep and he has helped a ton and got me a car to use while my repair is done so I can make it to work and back no problem. Thank you for caring. Thank you for helping! Several other Ford dealerships could learn a lot about customer service from the Swant Graber Ford's service dept. Top notch! Not out to "stick it to you" on service calls (like the fellow @ Northtown Ford in Menomonie). Swant Graber knows their customers and treats them right!
