This dealership is awesome, Eason my way from Il to Wakefield MI . Transmission cooler line broke on rte 51 sept 21st 2021 . Called service and talked to Gregg , he said bring it in and we will take a look and see what we can do . Towed it in Gregg and Jameson took a look fight away . Checked for parts and was told 2-3 days . Jameson came up with a idea for a temporary fix . He fixed and tested it out . I was back on the road within hours and had a great trip . Thank you Gregg and Jameson for going the extra mile . I will never forget what you did for me . I will pass this story on to others . Wish I lived closer to Kocourek Ford , you would be my go to guys .

I recently took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu for an oil change. The service I received was great except for one of the Porters. I was trying to have a conversation with the service writer, and the Porter, Robert, kept poking his nose into the conversation so I had a harder time understanding the Service Writer. And this is not the first time that Robert was interfering with myself and the Service Writer. I had to have a new battery installed in my car and I was offered a ride home, but since my husband also works there as a Porter, he just let me take his truck home. I wish that they would do something about Robert though. He was very annoying.

My 2003 Jeep's engine light was on, and I also needed a full service workup before going on a long trip. Axel R. could not have been more helpful. He was patient, respectful, and explained everything in detail. He even took me in the back to show me why it would take time to get to the source of the problem--the whole front end had to be removed to get to the radiator fan relay. I am also pleased with the mechanics' work--the Jeep runs like new now! The brakes were worked on at Quick Lane, and the people there were also very helpful.

We decided to give the service department another try since they have a new service manager and a couple new people at the counter. Totally polite and helpful. Pleasantly surprised with all involved. I thanked for her for being so helpful and nice when I stopped in to pay for our repairs.

Honestly wish I could give zero stars. Service department is s joke. Took my truck in to get looked at because of check engine lights. Truck wasn't even there that long and got told it was done and couldn't find any issue but on my paperwork it says vct sticking do to oil change( which they performed). They cleared the code and said nothing was wrong. First time I drive the truck the light comes back on with the same issues. Now they want me to pay another diagnosis fee to look at the same thing they looked at once. What crooks. And after the service I get told that I had so long to bring it back in on them from the service writer. Horrible experience. Don't waste your time on the warranties from this place either they are just pushing out my work till it's out of warranty is what it feels like.
