I have been to Schmidts Bros Dodge twice and had nothing but terrible experience both times. The first time I had called on three separate occasions to make an oil change appointment and kept getting told I would get a call back but never did. A manager attempted to follow up with me. I returned his voicemail after I missed his first call, he never called me back again. Against my better judgment I went back a second time because they are conveniently located for me. I provided my own oil and filter and they charged $116 to change my oil, labor only. I have an ecodiesel And they claimed that was the charge for a diesel. They did not charge me that the first time nor has any shop had the audacity to charge almost $120 in labor to change my oil in any of the prior seven oil changes I’ve had at other locations. I returned to question the charge very clearly upset and the only response I received was “Yep, that’s it.” Not even an apology for the misunderstanding.

All the original issues aside, the way that Jeff handled the situation was very unprofessional. I said I would talk to him in person and they told me I’d receive a call, which I did, and then could not get a word in and got told how horrible I was being and kept telling me to “listen up”and had the nerve to refer to me as “young lady” when he wanted me to listen to him because he was older than me. There was complete miscommunication and he would not accept that fact and told me he was not interested in me being a customer any longer. They have always had the reputation of treating everyone else besides their old customer base like garbage and that has shown to be true. Will never be using them for service again.

I met with Rebecca and she was patient, considerate, and definitely cares for what people need and want in a reliable vehicle. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and had found and showed me a wide variety of vehicles tailored to my interests. She did not rush or push me into anything and made sure I was completely comfortable with my ultimate decision! She showed me all the perks and how they worked! Explained what was important to have and what exactly wasnt. I appreciate her care and concern and she is a wonderful sales person.

Everyone made me feel like a new member of the family. I purchased a used vehicle and worked with Robert in sales and Sani. Two cool guys that spoke my language. They didn’t try to impress me with how “professional” they can act. I had a few requests that they take care of before I took delivery. 3 days later, it was shining like a gem and ready for me to pick up. They even puts the plates on for me. I noticed a few things that needed to be repaired within the first few weeks of owning it. While my vehicle was in for service, they provided a loaner vehicle and kept me updated on status. I thought there was an issue with the transmission because It seemed to shift abnormally. I worked with Dan the service manager. He immediately attached himself to my concern. I was convinced I would be told that “it was fine when we looked at it” and then shown the door. Not at all. Dan took a closer look at my vehicle and even took it for a ride so I could show him my concern. He went above and beyond to the point of finding another vehicle with the same drivetrain. He verified that the behavior of my transmission was repeated in another vehicle and we can deem this normal operation. He gave reasons why this would be considered normal as well. I am very familiar with vehicle repair myself so I know these guys are keeping it real with me and truly want to help. From sales to service, keep up the great work.

I bought a 2024 Honda HR-V EX last January, through a salesperson named Cliff Roberts. He ended up being a perfect salesperson for me. I purchased my vehicle in less than 4 hours. The paperwork was the easiest of any of the 12 new cars I've bought. My Honda handles fantastic on the road and is a blast to drive, though the in a perfect world it would have a little more zip 0-70. Merging is still straight forward though. The body work on the car is also excellent. Being an ex-autobody technician I can attest to that. The interior is outstanding and excels in almost every area. In fact I can think of a con in the interior
